Click and collect order was supposed to…
Click and collect order was supposed to arrive on the 12th of June, I went to collect it on the 13th, it still hadn't arrived, I had ordered it for a father's day gift and I couldn't obviously provide the gift, had to source another gift from another company. I purchased it on a gift card, I am still waiting for the gift card to arrive.

Lovely staff, smoothest exchange
Hard to believe nowadays that the staff were so helpful, polite and extremely professional.
We returned an item for an exchange, it was the smoothest exchange we've ever experienced.

Nice welcoming store
Nice welcoming store. The clothes are reasonably priced and really good quality.
I bought a utility skirt and it looks amazing. It's a perfect fit, too. I've a few Superdry outfits, my favourite being a really cool bikers jacket, in washed out cotton, 17 years on and still going strong.
