Terrible service went on store paid for a coat to be ordered in store and delivered as they didn’t stock correct size, coat was delivered wrong size I went in store to change it and the size i ordered originally was out of stock throughout the brands stock. They didn’t offer any alternatives after waiting for 2 weeks for my daughter’s school coat it came late and the wrong size! Poor customer service no apology and no alternative they refunded me my money back but said could take up to 10 days which I’m still waiting on…

I took a jacket back which was priced 65 pounds, once I'd said I'd like this on a gift card I was told I would only get 41.99 back as it was a reduced item.
On checking the price on the shelf it was still 65 pounds. So if the product is still on for 65 then how could 1 piece be reduced 3 weeks ago to 41.99??
Total con. Manager told me she can not go into it any further. Basically take it or lump it. For such a large business, pathetic staff, no experience or knowledge. Superdry is being let down at this trafford centre store. Will be taking this further through solicitors.

The service I received was excellent, the shop assistant kindly helped me to find the items I needed, and when this wasn’t available in store, she ordered this for home delivery, which came very quickly.
