Young lady assistant was very helpful after trying on certain Jays. She suggested that I All the one which got sent to me within a few days which it did and I’m very pleased.

Bought a pair of jeans, nothing wrong with them.. they just weren't my style and the wrong fit.
Went to return them to the Tunbridge Wells store, plan was to return them and buy some other ones while i was there.. didn't happen.. 3 people behind the counter, all rude and dismissive and couldn't care less.. appalling customer service.. so i didn't give them any of my money, i went across the hall and purchased some jeans from someone else.
Lost a customer.. shame.. i've been a loyal Superdry jeans fan for many years now.

Each time l order something it gets delivered to the shop and l do not get any notification or what's so ever that my parcel is ready for collection. I have to guess, that this has happened not once but several times.

I also visited the store some time ago looking for a raffle prize to help raise funds for a terminaly ill student to fulfill her bucket list. The young male assistant said he had been given a Superdry coat after being made employee of the month and would be happy to donate this as a coat of my choice for a raffle prize. Such a kind and generous thing to do.

Sadly I couldn’t buy in store as they didn’t have the size but i ordered online to pick up at my local store and the process was very smooth. Although a good experience I would rather have bought in store as the staff did a great job.
