Frock is lovely
Frock is lovely. Looking forward to wearing it to Christmas parties. Delivery was plastic free and return process in store really quick and easy (I brought two sizes and returned one)

Email Scams
Provided my email for a “receipt” and was signed up for their marketing emails, without my knowledge or consent to do so. This pisses me off to no end. I used to worked in retail and know management pushes these new member sign ups.. But to do it in a super shady way saying it’s for a receipt.. that’s gonna get y’all a lawsuit. Train your employees on data protection and consent.

Very quick response to defective product
A puffer coat has a hole in the pocket. Contacted customer service, and was given options to rectify the situation. Very quick response to defective product. Returned it to a shop and another was received the next day. Very prompt.

Friendly staff and fast delivery
Store was clean, and changing rooms were available. The hooks in the changing rooms where intact which is good. The store assistant ‘Rochelle’ was simply amazing. She assisted me with a jacket which was not available in the store. She was friendly and super polite. She deserves a bonus. Billing was simply and fast and the delivery was super fast.

Well I did shopping from their shop…
Well I did shopping from their shop which is located in westfield. I would say female person helped me to buy the t-shirt size which was not available in the store. She was very kind. I was very happy.
