I love your clothes

I love your clothes! Good quality and good prices. The staff was helpful and friendly. Just the store is a bit dark, maybe you check on the right lights. Other than that, great stuff. Thank you very much for your service

Women's gilet

The customer service is very good at the Windsor branch. After buying the gilet im the branch online. There was an exhange due to size to be made and that successfully was made. My only critic it is not customer service but the products' themselselves. Sizes come up very small due to the clothing beig made in China. So, one always has to be mindful of this one and buy a size up. It does not matter the age of the customer. In addition, the sales policy's is archaic and probably ilegitimate. Bought the discounted item and two days later when exhanging it for a size up, they want to charge full price??? Fortunately, this is when good customer service comes into action. I had to return the item and buy it again at the discounted price. Unfortunately all these things spoils the customer experience. The company systems and policies need to change and catch up with the times. The staff customer facing at the shops are totally fine.
