Good experience, very happy customer

Super fast delivery of the item to the shop (opted for collection on the shop) and staff was very friendly and professional. The item itself is amazing, good quality and reasonably priced. Very pleased with my purchase.

Outstanding

They have outstanding customer service I cannot fault them and they get to the bottom of any problem if I have any due to my order online.
It’s a shame other high end brands don’t follow superdry service

I have still not received my email to…

I have still not received my email to say my order is ready to collect in store. It has been a week since I ordered it.

Great jacket, sizes come up a little small but read that on previous reviews so ordered a size larger. Fast delivery, very happy, thanks

Have difficulty finding right{large}…

Have difficulty finding right{large} size trousers. Daughter gave Superdry shorts to my husband. Liked fit and material so much, purchased pair of joggers. Like these so much have just purchased two more pairs (orange label). Great and warm too for walking in this cold weather.
