Customer service excellent. The jackets were delivered to the store quickly and I was updated once they had arrived. Unfortunately the jackets were too small and had to be returned. The member of staff at your Woking store was very patient with me as I couldn't locate the order number at first, she was very helpful and friendly, well done.

This was the easiest ordering online experience I've had as I also had to exchange one item for a different size and the whole process was very straightforward and at no expense to me as I arranged this return/exchange through store delivery. I would highly recommend superdry to others.
