SuperLogics Opiniões

It's not been tested properly yet, but things work fine! I miss modern things like usb-c. And the unit gets quite warm. But I believe I will be happy with this for many years.

Superlogics offered not only inventory but also guidance that was lacking from other companies. In my situation, I received professional advice tailored to my specific system build, which led to the creation of a desktop system that I could not find anywhere else. I found their staff to be professional, accommodating, and patient in addressing my inquiries, which ultimately resulted in a system that fulfilled my requirements. I would certainly recommend their services to a friend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Got me the right equipment.

Quick response to questions and good product

We managed to ship out two customers' key sets to one customer, leaving us with none to complete (or even power up) the 2nd machine. SuperLogics had another set in our hands the next day.

Ease of ordering and great delivery service. Also wonderful communications!

Keep up the good work!

Rich Costantini and the team were very helpful and were able to turn 2 super computers around in less than 24 hours. Great job and will definitely be using Superlogics again.

We had previously purchased from another supplier of scientific towers. I was impressed with the construction of the SuperLogic tower. It appears much more robust and better designed then the systems we purchased from another brand. We will definitely keep SuperLogic in mind for future purchases.

Grat customer service to make sure that the specified computer can be built, prompt delivery!

Everyone who helped us from the SuperLogics team was a pleasure to work with. They were able to help us out and answer any questions we had. They were responsive and knowledgeable every step of the way. Thank you, SuperLogics.

I opted for a Windows 11 server because I didn't want to have to deal with other operating systems. Installation and setup were quick and uncomplicated. I connected a small monitor, keyboard and mouse to the server but in fact I do most system management remotely through TeamViewer.

SuperLogics answer all my questions during our buying process, the order was handled without glitch, and the equipment received on time.

SuperLogics is an amazing company if you are looking for a high quality, custom computer system. They are super tech gurus, helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Even if a problem occurs, there is no need to worry. They offer a range of customer support plans and they back up their work to the max. Surprisingly, all this quality and expertise is also reasonably priced. So much better than other custom shops and do not even mention Dell or HP to me.

Ordering was super easy and fast delivery was very fast
great experience

Good communication and good product quality. However, the actual ship date was later than advertised on the website when placing the order with rush handling, causing us to have to pay for rush shipping. Furthermore, RAID was not pre-configured as requested. Despite these drawbacks though, would overall recommend anyway.

Great communication. Fast shipping. Excellent customer service. Quality products. Been using them for years now and will continue to do so

Liam Fitts was very responsive and received PO confirmation on time.

John is always very helpful and responds quickly to our requests.

The entire process of selecting & purchasing was easy.

The shipping of the panel mounted PC was very fast.
