SuperLogics Opiniões

SuperLogics is our go to vendor for our custom servers and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The server is top-notch and performs flawlessly. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service I received from Liam. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend SuperLogics for all your custom server needs!

I bought my previous 4U Rackmount PC from SuperLogics and it had worked GREAT through many years—very reliable. So I purchased another one last month and again the team was extremely helpful designing the perfect PC for my music studio. Rich Costantini was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions.

Excellent product and service

Person who helped me place my order was very knowledgable and friendly. Order came and exactly what we wanted. Professional rack mount workstation. Would recommend to anyone looking for a higher end workstation.

the best service we have had from an international supplier!

Always a pleasure to work with Rich. Fast, informed and complete email discussions. Product always arrives as described and on-time.

Love this company. You have always provided us with solid and dependable products

Product was delivered on when promised and was within our budget

Our SuperLogics Ryzen Threadripper Pro 5545 with water cooling outperformed our air-cooled Lenovo P620 with the same Processor, GPU, and RAM. The SuperLogics machine also costs less. In all fairness, the fans were louder on the SuperLogics and must have been running at speed to keep the internals cooler but you buy Threadripper for processing power not sound!

Great product and it was exactly what I needed.

On time delivery
Quality products
Helpful and knowledgeable sales and support staff
Available and engaged when needed

The shipping was right on time. The OS version came in with no adware. Larger computer suppliers always come with adware. The drives are very fast at accessing audio for our broadcast station.
The only slight bad bad thing is that the fans are a little noisy. Although the 2U system is much quieter than the 1U.

Fast production and communication. I’m impressed

Great experience. Support was great as well.

Timely delivery, and a quality product!

The response and willingness to go the extra mile was well received. Our Lab is back up and functional as before. Customer Service was very helpful in getting Us to the right people and getting the part we needed.

Got a personalized thank you for my order from a real person within the company. The product was shipped and delivered on time as estimated, a little bit of wait, but a very fair price and worth the wait. I will order from here again.

Computers made it here well before expected time. Representative was great to work with.

We were in a bad spot when our automation computer and backup completely failed at the same time. We reached out to super Logics and they were able to get us a computer that did everything we needed super fast. The sales person I talked to was incredibly knowledgeable and asked us great questions to ensure we got the exact computer we needed to support our needs. From the moment we made the first phone call their customer service team took great care of us and their communication was top-notch every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and I wish I could give them more than five stars
