I received a recent shipment from Supermarket Italy. There was spillage of three items in the order and there was evidence of other spillage as well. I contacted the seller and they refused to refund me for the items. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

I was all excited to get my lavazza coffee beans there.i used to order it over Amazon, but they were not able to deliver on time.The delivery was real fast and everything was wrapped nicely. I am a first time customer and I will order there again.they have reasonable prices and articles you cannot get somewhere else.I am all excited that I found them and I can just recommend them.

Ordered panna da cucina, which came in perfect condition, perfect size, speedy delivery, and was legitimately Italian.

I have ordered from Supermarket Italy several times and I have so far only had good experiences. This includes both phone orders with a person and on-line orders. I live in California so I would be tolerant if I had to allow for more time, but the deliveries have always been quite prompt. Also, I love the careful way items are wrapped--there is never any breakage!

Selection is great. Delivery is reasonable/quick. Perishable items stay fresh so there has never been an issue with any so far.

Placed an order & per their request, I gave full delivery instructions. Checked on a daily basis as to the progress of dispatch. Long story short, a week went by, order still not dispatched. They ran out of products.Items ordered and paid for, should be pulled from stock and inventory reflect available products. But the orders don't get dispatched right away, so by the time the order is about to get fulfilled, products are gone. Badly managed a waste of time.

When I placed my order, I emailed supermarket Italy to ensure the shipment would arrive by the time I needed it. I was promised four times four different shipment dates until I had to cancel the order last minute (it never shipped. It was ten days after order and I was told it had shipped when it didn't) because I needed the products and wasn't going to get them. Every email and chat session contained blatant lies. This company doesn't care about customers and they lie to buy themselves time. You don't get the service you pay for. You're better off visiting a local butcher for products or ordering from somewhere else online.

I was so overjoyed to find a company that sells Italian Flour in the USA. So far the two bags of flour I have used were of excellent quality and made a great sourdough loaf of bread!

Items were top quality and delivered in a reasonable amount of time.

I've ordered twice now from Supermarket Italy and have been more than pleased each time! Prices are reasonable and shipping is fast (and the products are well-packed). Plus, it's the only place in the USA that I know of where you can find panneforte for the same price I paid for it in Siena!! I plan to become a regular customer for sure!

Great products... excellent product protecting in shipping. No bent tomato cans...excellent expiration date...I highly recommend supermarketitaly.com.

They are the best place for ordering, particularly our Garofalo Papardelle. Their selection is awesome. It is great to know "best by" dates. Prices are fair. Web site is easy to work through. The shipping was very quick and I have never seen such care in packing and wrapping so many glass containers. We ordered 34 items. All were delightful.
