Do not shop with these people. They do not care about their customers once they have recieved the money. The courier left my order of $150, in the middle of my front yard. It wasn't there when I got home. No dispute has been opened on my behalf with the courier. Too much effort on their part I suppose.

Open seal, spilled product

Ordered two tubs of Mad Science Pre-workout, including paying for the 'Easy Protection' which they automatically add on.

One of the tubs had the protective seal removed and had spilled into the delivery bag. Sadly when opening I didnt assume this would have happened so didnt think to video myself opening it for proof. Obviously this company didn't believe me without proof of the delivery bag so refused to exchange/refund. Well priced and reasonable delivery time, terrible customer service considering one product is faulty and I paid for the extra protection....

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how concerning it would be to receive a product you’re not confident in using, and we appreciate you reaching out to us directly so we could review this.

As part of our investigation, we requested photos of the affected product and packaging so we could determine whether the issue occurred during transit. Based on the images provided, there was no visible damage to the outer satchel, tub, or lid, and both our warehouse checks and the supplier confirmed the batch seals were intact. The supplier also advised that the inner seal is pressure applied at the factory and is extremely unlikely to lift or come off during transit without visible external damage.

Easy Protection does cover damaged or lost items in transit; however, claims do require supporting evidence of transit related damage (such as photos of leakage or damage to the outer packaging). Unfortunately, without this evidence, we weren’t able to approve a replacement or refund under the protection policy.

We understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for and regret that this experience left you disappointed. While we weren’t able to proceed further in this case, we do appreciate you raising the concern and sharing your feedback.

Oxygen nutrition has excellent customer service

Recently one of the manufacturers of a product distributed by oxygen (PUSH gummies) had a faulty creatine batch and were incredibly useless to at least provide clarification about the batch we had purchased. Their customer service manager provided a terrible support ignoring our concern and throwing the ball to Oxygen even though oxygen is only the distributor of their product.
After having a terrible experience with Push we contacted Oxygen and they exceeded our expectations, Jaiyden in customer service was extremely efficient and replied to us within 20 minutes offering a store credit for any product of our choice.
Definitely staying loyal customers with Oxygen

2 days to leave the warehouse

Long story short. I ordered something to be express posted to me Thursday midday, didn’t get shipped that day. Questioned it Friday morning and was told the parcel was to be picked up that day.

When I questioned why am I paying for something to be express posted and it takes 2 days to leave the warehouse. I got long winded responses with barely an apology. Saying they ship out thousands of orders everyday like that my fault.

1-4 days for the post I can deal with that. What grinds me is how it can’t get sent the same day? And it’s my fault they have so many orders.

Disappointing because it was my second order.

Just be wary your order might take a few days to be picked up if they are under the pump.

**just to clarify… again… my order was not picked up the same day as per your emails from your support team.***

Appalling customer service!!

Magnesium GLYCINATE ordered was purchased by cardiologist and GP recommendation, yet their particular magnesium GLYCINATE has a warning on the back that it is not to be taken if you take prescription medication. Unlike any other magnesium gylcinate I have ever seen before!!
There is no back of the bottle with this warning displayed on their website!!!
Beware!!
Customer service blamed me for their fault in this matter!! No refund given!! No communication afterwards!!!

Will never buy from again!

For this reason, we are not required to display warnings for medication interactions on our product listings.

Regarding your order, since one of the bottles has been opened, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, as this goes against our return policy for opened products. If you have any unopened items, you are more than welcome to return them for a refund. We had responded back to your email with our returns process.

Ordered the wrong thing… they fixed it for free

Made a mistake ordered the wrong thing (my fault). They were very accommodating and understanding. Allowed a postage paid / free return and organised the items I wanted instead to come. Very helpful customer service team

Protein quality wasn’t good compared to…

Protein quality wasn’t good compared to the same product purchased else where for years. Refused to listen to the concerns around quality. For example the same amount of ingredients would froth up to fill 2 cups instead of the usual 1 cup per serving with same ingredients from protein else where. I’d def recommend purchase from a more reputable supplier.

The Bars were obviously heat affected

The Bars were obviously heat affected; misshapen and sticking to the wrapper. When I complained they just said that was how they were. As a grossly over-priced Bar, I am far from impressed.
