Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how concerning it would be to receive a product you’re not confident in using, and we appreciate you reaching out to us directly so we could review this.

As part of our investigation, we requested photos of the affected product and packaging so we could determine whether the issue occurred during transit. Based on the images provided, there was no visible damage to the outer satchel, tub, or lid, and both our warehouse checks and the supplier confirmed the batch seals were intact. The supplier also advised that the inner seal is pressure applied at the factory and is extremely unlikely to lift or come off during transit without visible external damage.

Easy Protection does cover damaged or lost items in transit; however, claims do require supporting evidence of transit related damage (such as photos of leakage or damage to the outer packaging). Unfortunately, without this evidence, we weren’t able to approve a replacement or refund under the protection policy.

We understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for and regret that this experience left you disappointed. While we weren’t able to proceed further in this case, we do appreciate you raising the concern and sharing your feedback.

However, it is generally the responsibility of the consumer to consult with their healthcare provider before taking any new supplements, particularly if they are on prescription medication. For this reason, we are not required to display warnings for medication interactions on our product listings.

Regarding your order, since one of the bottles has been opened, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, as this goes against our return policy for opened products.
