VARNING – ANLITA INTE DETTA FÖRETAG!

Ett mycket oseriöst agerande. Företaget använder bilder på mitt privata hus på sin hemsida i kommersiellt marknadsföringssyfte, trots att jag aldrig har anlitat dem eller gett dem tillstånd att använda bilderna.

När jag kontaktade företaget och krävde att bilderna skulle tas bort omgående, hävdade de i stället att de har rätt att använda bilderna. De vägrar alltså att respektera mitt uttryckliga krav på att bilderna på mitt hus ska tas bort.

Jag accepterar inte att ett företag använder bilder på min privata bostad i sin marknadsföring utan mitt medgivande och sedan avfärdar mina invändningar.

Jag kräver att samtliga bilder på min fastighet tas bort omedelbart. Om företaget inte tillmötesgår mitt krav kommer jag att vidta rättsliga åtgärder för att få bilderna borttagna.

Mitt råd till andra: ANLITA INTE DETTA FÖRETAG. Jag vill varna andra för mitt bemötande och företagets hantering av situationen. Ett företag som agerar på det här sättet inger inget förtroende.

Vi anlitade Swedbnb för uthyrning av vårt radhus i Stockholm under nästan tre år. Det var en stressig och kaotisk upplevelse där Swedbnb gjorde flera misstag och fel. Ett par exempel är:

- de vägrade lämna tillbaka vår husnyckel (vi hittade dock någon annans husnyckel i vårt städskåp...)
- flera saker gick sönder i vårt hus (en förstörd lampa, sönderriven tapet, förstörd bänkskiva), de vägrade varje gång att ersätta skadorna samt missade att anmäla till sitt försäkringbolag vid flera tillfällen.
- de misslyckades med att boka städningen korrekt vid flera tillfällen, vilket innebar en ekonomisk förlust för oss då gästerna avbokade.
- de tog för mycket betalt av oss för städning utan förklaring eller korrigering
- de tappade bort flera uppsättningar lakan och handdukar, utan ersättning till oss
- de var väldigt dåliga på att svara på mejl och meddelande från oss men förväntade sig att vi alltid var tillgängliga för att svara på frågor om huset.
- när vi kom hem var huset ofta smutsigt och vi fick lägga tid att på att rensa avlopp, skura duschen eller göra rent ugnen. Vi påtalade detta vid ett par tillfällen men inget hände.

Annonsering och kommunikation med gästerna verkar dock ha fungerat bra men sammantaget blir betyget ändå väldigt lågt eftersom vi helt förlorade förtroende för dem. Vi ångrar att vi släppte in dem i vårt hus överhuvudtaget - det finns bättre alternativ för att sköta uthyrning.

Veldig hyggelig å leie leilighet fra dem. Leiligheten var rein og alt var klart. Vi leier gjerne igjen

Amazing location

I have rented apartments several times with SwedBNB. They are extremely professional, everything was exactly as advertised. The team is easy to communicate with and very responsive.

We booked Sofia's place at the last moment, so we were unsure about the place. But it turned out much better than expected. Easy to find and with all amenities. Most importantly we had proper separate sleeping places and not adjusted beds. Perfect place for larger families or 3-4 nuclear families. Everything was clean. Beach was around one and a half km from this place. In fact, while leaving the place thought of extra two days for enjoying the place fully. Someone mentioned in the review induction experience was bad so I carried my single-pot induction but it was never required as all worked well. Lastly, Sofia seems to have a lot of experience as a host, because everything was properly communicated well in advance before we need it. Highly recommended.

The house was in an excellent location, 5 minutes to a train station and supermarket.
It is a very well equipped house, spacious and has really comfortable beds which is always a plus! Bigger than the photos suggest! It is also very attractively decorated and has a good garden.
Sofia communicated very well and was quick to respond to any questions we had, before the holiday and during.
Would highly recommend this house when visiting Stockholm.
