Order a topper using the 3 to 5 day service but no sign of it. Call the company and then let them know the next day it had not arrived. They sent out a replacement for next day delivery that arrived on time.
The product seems fine (yet to be tested) and looks good.
Think though that they should not use Royal Mail and switch to another company.
Really appreciate that there approach here was about making it right and not just some blame game.

Cake Topper order,
This is the second time using “Sweet Tops” to provide cake toppers for our kid’s birthdays. The image on the toppers is spot on, just as the image I provided, and the price was reasonable too.
Response to messages has always been quick and helpful. Sent a message in the morning requesting a cake topper and was told it would be dispatched the same day. Couldn’t ask for more.
I would definitely use Sweet Tops again, and happily recommend them.

Ordered a week in advance with next-day delivery. Order didnt turn up. Rung and they said they’d been on holiday. Thought it was a one off but then saw the other reviews. Wish I’d checked beforehand; now trying to get something sorted on a friday night for kids party on Sunday. Did give an immediate refund tho (when I called to chase up)

Ordered a cake topper for next day delivery for my daughters birthday, I paid £7.50 for the next day delivery service.
I finally had an email 4 days later to say it had been despatched, and then it didn’t arrive until 4 days after that. It was far too late and ruined my daughters birthday cake surprise.
I never received a tracking number, the owner blamed Royal Mail for not providing one and said he would refund the £18.49 but never did.
Contacted PayPal to raise a dispute and it was eventually declined as the seller provided them with tracking info saying it was delivered - I have never seen the tracking info.
How someone is allowed to get away with ripping you off like this is beyond me. It didn’t arrive until 8 days later and clearly wasn’t posted next day. I can’t believe he is allowed to get away with it.
Do not touch this company.

The company went above and beyond to get a last minute order completed and saved the day. So pleased with the product and the service was excellent. I have ordered again and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks again 😊

ordered a calendar on November 26th. Still has not arrived (Jan. 8). I wrote them and asked about the tracking number they gave me because it doesn't link to any carrier that I am familiar with. Got an email back saying basically "be patient" but no info about the shipping company they use. Not sure when or if I'll get my item. Not sure how long to wait before I call my credit card company. Will not be ordering from them ever again

Dont’t order from here, not trustful company. I have placed my order early morning ( 4:30am) on Thursday, stating that i would need the order for Saturday latest. I have paid for next day delivery, and stated clearly if he can not satisfy my order let me know asap. However time went, no comfirmation email has been sent and no communication. One person phoned me on Friday afternoon, that i have not paid for Saturday delivery and they could not make my order in time and Saturday delivery passed too. So if he would have phone me in time i would be happy to pay for Saturday delivery. Careless company, place your order at your own risk.

Ordered a cake topper for my grandsons's birthday left it a bit late but no problem sent by next day delivery and saved the day

Had ordered a topping for our sons birthday. It never showed up, and no money returned either. When I called I got no help. Usually never write reviews, but this was a terrible experience I wouldn’t want anyone else to have
