Order was a little delayed however company reached out with a discount code for next order. Ordered 4 products and all with 2024 best before date which was great. Will use them again as more effective to buy a few Keto items from one source.

Never received order. No follow up from company
Update, after reaching out to the company I received a refund promptly and without issue. I suspect this issue to be a blip in an otherwise very customer focused operation. Updating my review to 3 stars

We're truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you've experienced with your order Sean. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We want to assure you that your order was dispatched on the 7th August, within 48 hours of you placing it.
However, upon inspection we’ve learned that there was an issue at customs when your order was en route to Ireland, as indicated by the Royal Mail tracking.
We are truly at the mercy of the delivery companies. Your latest tracking says: 22 August 2023 01:06
Your post has left An Post DUBLIN MAIL CENTRE, DUBLIN 12.
We apologise for any frustration this may have caused you, this is not the outcome we would expect, and appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you.
