My Experience

First of all, they are not a scammer. just bought a card right now. i got it and its works. I am satisfied with therir services.. And one request to them..improved Their customer services..but it also true they can give you Solution in 24 hours. But if it more fast it will be better for a customer.

if you did payment visa paypal you should confirm shipment or receipt from your paypal transaction page. we already send you instructions for confirm shipment then your card will be issued. otherwise, you don't get card delivery.

This is a scam

This is a scam, first they overcharge, then send you an email saying that in order for them to send you the card you have to notify paypal that the order is completed. They do that so they don't have to return the money, COMPLETE SCAM AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

EDIT: I opened a dispute on paypal and this person had the nerve to say i'm "cheating" him. Good thing is i sent paypal proof of his scam. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM, I REPEAT, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

becasue if you using paypal you need confirm shipment then you get delivery card.
