I have been a customer of the sylvanian families shop from a very young age when I used to save my pocket money to order things from the catalogue. Just received my order and always arrives quickly and well packaged. Some more sets to add to my ever growing collection!! Thank you so much ☺️

I strongly recommend buying from this company. The Sylvanian figure I ordered was well packed and came with extra pieces such as a sticker, a story and a article containing Halloween decorations and hats.

Great staff and so much choice. I am gutted to hear that it may be closing. My little girl was so excited and they took alot of time to help her spend her saved money to make sure she got the best value for what she had. Just lovely.

Fantastic range of Sylvanian products many of which are hard to find elsewhere. Newer and older product lines available and all arrived next day in perfect condition no dents or dings in the boxes or anything. Site makes it very clear which version of the product you're buying and what it includes even detailing any differences between the original marketing shots and what was manufactured. Would recommend this place to anyone :)

Looking for a specific gift set for my daughter's main Christmas present - couldn't find it anywhere online! Found this website and took the plunge. I'm so glad I did! Ordered on Thursday night with DPD, was scheduled to be delivered Monday but it arrived Saturday morning. Super impressed and will be ordering from them again!
