I was often scared at the start of the coaching course, but I have learned that it is what we do with the fear that counts! Synergia helped me to rediscover my strengths and weaknesses and how to deal with them. Having researched local providers of the ILM Level 5 in Coaching & Mentoring, I decided on Synergia because they appeared to be the most professional, experienced and the reviews of the team and course were impressive.
