Excellence in Customer Care
Car booked in for service, excellent customer service, and communication on all aspects. My car had a couple of scratches on the off side doors and front wing, that Peter Ward very kindly arranged to get polished out as a complementary gesture. I'm so impressed and delighted with the results. Not many dealerships could match this level of customer care!

Great customer service
Great customer service, from the booking in of the car with your service staff to the collection and drop off of the car the following day. Great communication via text & video of the checks undertaken on the car whilst in and then the personal touch from Gino dropping off an Aston Martin magazine for my Son on returning the vehicle back home.

I had a great experience
I had a great experience when recently purchasing an Aston Martin Vantage Roadster. I first enquired on the Saturday and collected the car the following Saturday. Justin could not have been more helpful, I got a great prices on my part exchange and a great price on the Aston. The whole experience was fantastic.

Underwhelmed this time
Perfectly accetable routine service, but, unlike last year no video was produced and feedback was pretty minimal. I had pre-booked & authorised a SatNav update which got 'forgotten about' despite prior email correspondence and wasn't performed.
A follow up email about a service plan wasn't sent, despite being offered at handover, and in addition I wasn't given any information about extending the vehicle's warranty.
Overall it was somewhat underwhelming for a prestige brand dealership, particularly compared to last years' visit. I have to sat that I felt more valued at Sytner Mini than Sytner Aston Martin!

My first ever visit to a Aston Martin Dealership
From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was treated with respect and professionalism as being honest I know nothing about cars whatsoever
Every person who I actually dealt with was very genuine and no hidden agenda
Oliver Ball dealt mainly with me and I can only give him 10/10 for his ability to deal with me
