I took my Bentley Continental GT V8S, to Bentley Leicester for its annual service.
I have visited the dealership a couple of times before and I’m very impressed with the service I have received.
After previously using another Bentley dealership that will remain nameless, Bentley Leicester have been really helpful and professional, I am glad I have found them, and will not hesitate to return again.

Excellent service and attention to detail from first call to post delivery when we needed a teach in for the computer system. It’s the second car we have purchased from you and I suspect that it won’t be the last.

Not happy or a pleasant experience at all. My vehicle was in Manchester so I specially brought it down to Birmingham to be collected. Nearly a month before I spoke to Bentley leicester to order a towing eye cover and a new mat set. The towing eye was also ordered months before and never materialised. My car came back to me on time after spending over 5500 with them. Suprise suprise no towing eye cover and no mats. So either they forgot or just couldn’t be bothered to listen. Either way it has left me upset. An email to them then says oh you can order it and it will cost you xxx. I personally feel this should have been done as a gesture of goodwill considering my loyalty to keep using Bentley Leicester instead of my local dealer in Manchester. I won’t be taking my car back to Bentley Leicester again due to this and I feel the customer service is bad. Surely as they have forgot to arrange this for me on two occasions it should be sent free of charge. Not only did I spend close to 150k on my car from there I have just spent 5500 plus on a service and extended warranty. I am very disappointed
