Excellent levels of communication
I had my Maserati Levante serviced here. Prior to the service, I had a very useful conversation with the service manager prior to the service .
They kept me informed at all stages the essential repairs required and the costs involved. I never once felt that I was being subjected to marketing pressures from the team for repairs that were not immediately required.
I have decided to service my Maserati at this centre rather than any other, given the professional service I received from them.

Had a great afternoon and evening in the car, already getting used to it and opened it up a few times, its quick….! It’s surpassed my expectations as has the buying experience which is down to you and your team.
I walked into the dealership dressed like a tramp from memory and I was greeted like I was a in a Tux. From the moment we met you have been faultless, you are a credit to GreyPaul. You made the whole buying process so easy and relaxed whilst also being highly professional when discussing the boring stuff such as money tax etc etc. The handover was great, my mates were all very impressed and we all had a genuinely great time. And you found my passport !!!!
So thanks for helping me realise a dream that was 30+ years in the making. Hopefully the first purchase of many with you 👍👍

Collected my new Ferrari 296GTB from Graypaul Ferrari Birmingham yesterday. I would like to pay special thanks to Frankie Dearing who went above and beyond to make it a fantastic experience- looking after me and my father making it a very special occasion. The car was as specified and perfectly presented. I would highly recommend if anyone is fortunate enough to seek out Frankie and her team at Graypaul and make your supercar dreams come true. Excellent experience recently with Frankie. My third car from Graypaul and my partners first (Which alone says it all about my confidence in the Graypaul group) Frankie was welcoming, professional and supportive from start to finish. I’ve dealt with most to the top dealerships in the country and she honestly puts them to shame. Really appreciated the effort she put into my partners handover. I’m sure we’ll both be back soon.
