Ask for Lisa …
We recently brought a car from styner BMW Solihull and had a great experience. Was met and made to feel welcome straight away by Lisa who was a lovely women, very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Everything was explained clearly and delt with on time. To be honest some of the other car dealers we have delt with always seemed to try and force you into things and sell you things you do not need and come across very false and just want your money but Lisa was very genuine and just made everything easy. We couldn’t have been more happy with the service and she even phoned up after the sale to make sure we were happy with everything which was a first as with most dealers once you have brought the car you don’t hear off them again so that shows just how genuine she was. So if you are looking to buy a car from here ask for Lisa as she made the experience of buying our car so much easier. Thanks Lisa from Kerry and Damion.

After purchasing a used F12
After purchasing a used F12 , I had a few small repair issues,After a little careful phone calls back and forward, Ferrari Birmingham sorted these out.
And then a larger problem with a door issue came up after the warranty had expired and after quite a lot of negotiations between Ferrari Spa and the Management at Sytner they did a wonderful repair to My car and filled the fuel tank and delivered the car fully valeted back to me in Surrey.Superb customer service, i would use them again and again. They took my car for full service and they charge me £1500 , they brought the car back with no fuel I mean fuel was zero zero zero ,
They could pot some fuel and charge me .
And add blue light was on.
Add blue is only £10 they could fill it up and charge

Poor
I spent over £3000 having my car Mot and service and not even a phone call/email to say my car had passed MOT or that it was ready.
Have also had a fault on my radio for several years.
Carpet not properly fitted back.
