Outstanding customer service
Matt was brilliant.
He quickly responded to my initial enquiry with all the information I’d asked for and even included a personalised video of the car.
He was patient and not pushy at all and went above and behind to make sure I was happy with everything.
Overall it made the whole experience a pleasure and I can’t thank him enough for making it so easy for me.
I’d highly recommend his services.

We were treated very well and everything was fully explained to us and what options there was. We bought the car and when we picked the car up Aaron went through all controls and explained them.

Cannot be faulted!
Me and my partner turned up to have a look around the cars on the forecourt (in all honesty, hoping not to be bothered by pushy salesmen) when Robbie Jones came out and introduced himself to us very politely and then left us to it. We settled on a car and went in to have a chat with him, a few days later the car was ours; as easy as that. We raised our concerns with him about the car (some minor scuff marks and an old sticker mark on the boot) and all of which were sorted without any hassles. The car needed to go back in for something very minor after we took it home, just because it couldn’t be fitted in before we picked it up, and Robbie sorted us out with a car to use for the day to get to work and back. I’ve bought a car from here 10 years ago, and the service was even better this time around. Literally nothing was too much hassle and Robbie was spot on with everything we needed - always just an email or a phone call away. 10/10!

Amazing customer service! They made me feel welcome and that’s why I’ve got my cars from them for the past 10 yrs! Nothing too much trouble for them! Chris and Arron in Seat go above and beyond to help! Not forgetting Robbie either! See you soon for my next car 😂😂
