Went to sytner in Penarth Road cardiff looking for a replacement used car. Josh Young a very charming and pleasant young salesman was very helpful. He went way beyond mere service and gave me and my family exceptional service. He was extremely polite and really strived to satisfy my expectations going well beyond just trying to sell a car. Exceptional service from a very pleasant young man who endeavoured to give me so much help. Nothing was to much trouble. Well done Josh for really excellent service.

Very good experience

I wrote a review last week explaining how my two year old X3 managed to get damage to four tyres in the space of 250 miles and four weeks from purchase second hand. Nothing easily visible you understand, just cuts in the treads, two of which were ‘dangerous’.
Of course the pre-purchase inspection was thorough so it had to be me.!?
Anyway, on the Tuesday that this was discovered, I rang, and by some fluke, managed to get through to the service manager, Scott Ewing, and he promised to ring me back. On the Wednesday I rang at midday and he promised to ring me back by 3pm. On the Thursday I was told it was his day off.! Friday came and he did ring me.! Waste of time really because he said there was nothing he could do as I must have caused the damage.
Waited four days with two ‘dangerous’ tyres on my car.
Then there is Keith Farrell, Head of Business. I sent emails to him three times while waiting four days for Scott Ewing to ring me. I knew he was away but expected that on his return on the following (last) Monday he would at least ring me. That was four days ago and nothing.
Do you get the feeling that your customer caring company do not really care.?
It seems to be all about money. Any opportunity to make money. I read in another review on Trustpilot that once they have got your money you are not important until they can take more.
I have now
had all four tyres replaced at Kwik Fit. Obviously a few hundred pounds cheaper but fabulous service. And I could even watch what was going on from their waiting room.
As part of their service they did a free tracking report. It turns out that the tracking is out.
I wonder if Sytner Cardiff will find some way to charge me to put that right as part of their twelve month ‘Select’ warranty. Or maybe they will blame me.
Not impressed with Sytner Cardiff.
They love to tell you how good they are, but the real truth is …………………?

Exceptional Experience from start to finish. Paul had my s1000xr in put it on the diagnostic found the problem ordered the part from Germany,kept my fully up to date all the way through till it was time to pick up the bike .

Recently went to Synter Cardiff motorad. I found the service manager and motorcycle team very helpful. Promptly got the parts need to fix bike.
Will I use them again. YES

Needed parts for my BMW Motorcycle, called into the showroom where I was greeted by Adrian Williams, he was so professional and so helpful completely understood what I needed and went the extra mile to do so, I have spoken to him since regarding another part and he sorted that straight away for me also. Cant thank him enough... Jeff Hunt...

Outstanding service by Adam Horton from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend

I had a really bad experience with this company. I took my car there for a service, and it was supposed to be booked for today. I even showed them their own confirmation message, but they just tried to deny it at first and brush it off. Eventually, when they saw the evidence and admitted that I did have a booking for today, they told me that my service plan would only start a year from now and wouldn’t apply today. I said I wanted it from today, and they just gave me a half-hearted apology and said I’d still have to pay today.

I told them to just cancel the service plan entirely and at least do the MOT, which was supposed to be free for life. They agreed to do the MOT, but after three and a half to four hours, they messaged me saying one of their machines was broken and they couldn’t do the MOT today either, and that I should come back another day.

It’s like they think I have nothing else to do but wait around for them whenever they feel like it. Honestly, their service is terrible now. I used to be happy with them, but it’s gone downhill, and I’d never recommend them to anyone. Even though I have a lifetime free MOT with them, I won’t be going back. It’s just a waste of time.
And I’m sure that after posting this review, someone will reply underneath saying, “We’re really sorry about this issue.”
