One member of your staff, Paul Cartwright, was incredibly helpful in providing a quotation, dealing with my not so efficient Insurance Company and managing to source the exact same stripes on my car bonnet even after they’d been discontinued.

not great as previously not attentive nor car was cleaned to basic standards oil marks steering wheel dirty marks and marks of dirt everywhere?

did not check tyre pressure on service and show me what was replaced either?

The technicians and service advisors I worked with were excellent. I have had my cars maintained by Sytner for seven years, but having to leave a message and wait for a return call, or speaking to a call centre, rather than being able to contact the service centre directly, is a degradation of what used to be excellent customer care. I hope this can be improved on so when we need to speak to the service centre we can do it when we need or are able to. Some urgent communications have taken far too long and time could have been saved. Overall I am happy dealing with Sytner, but in my opinion customer communication has deteriorated and needs to be improved.

I bought a 75 plate CM Label from them as a used car. When the car was ' 9 months ' old a warning light said the break fluid needed chang.

I was confused until I booked the car in with BMW Wakefield and was told it was actually manufactured in 2023.

Contacted Leicester and was told this was normal and they don't tell customers who are spending in excess of 100k that the car is actually approaching 3 years old.

Second car bought from them and the last. I had a bill for the fluid change on a car that I assumed was 2025 or even 2024.

Be sure to check everything before buying. They WILL NOT offer any information until after fact.

BTW I have had two XM Label from them, first was brand new ( maybe ). Except for my Purosangue, best cars I have ever driven.

Another Sytner garage to stay away from!!!

Went for a service, left with two scuffed wheels.

I have contacted the service team and have been told that they do not accept liability, as the car has left the garage, that the wheels were scuffed already when it arrived; they have sent me a picture of another wheel (right rear) although the pictures I have sent are of the front wheels. They have circled a random area on the picture to try and explain that the damage was already there. I have requested proof of the front wheels being scuffed when I have dropped the car off, and my message has been ignored.

In addition to not admitting, they have deleted all videos recorded on the BMW ACE dashcam. All videos before and after the visit are there. Absolutely disgraceful!

You go to an approved BMW garage thinking that you will get a great service, but will leave extremely disappointed.

10/10 experience. Would be nice to have a more direct way of ringing someone at the service desk though. Rather than having to jump through hoops, leave voice mails etc.

Once again , Sytner service exceeded my expectations especially when it came to personal attention , care and understanding the needs.

During our recent first service on our new BMW 1 series, Ashley Palmer the new Service Manager at BMW Syter Leicester was absolutely outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for him in answering our queries in detail regarding the service and the information provided was most helpful.This first service was carried out to a very high standard by the BMW technician and the safety inspection video he provided was well presented and clear. In addition the valeting of the car and its cleanliness on handover was exceptional. It looked like new. It’s a shame it rained when driving all the way home though . I can thoroughly recommend BMW Sytner Leicester. The quality assurance is excellent as is the workmanship. So thank you. They are most certainly an excellent service agent and the provider of outstanding cars.
