Purchased a 330e Touring BMW and the service and attention to detail were outstanding. Alex (Alexandru) was in a new area for him but he acquitted himself with honours from pre-sale information (personalized video walkaround of the car, test drive, operating system) to the sale and afterwards. Praise too for the team at Sytner Luton who we met and were very helpful and a joy to engage with. The car is great, drives so responsively and is a pleasure to own. It was ready promptly in immaculate condition to drive away. 5 stars for this deal to Alex and BMW Sytner Luton.

Actually I had really bad experience with SYSTER LUTON for customer service, Service department as well as Parts Department. The service who was dealing with my BMW his name is LUIE if I am right, Basically I went in SYSTER LUTON for one of the parts ( GRILL) for my 2023 BMW and I wanted to fix that with them, as usual customer service lady sent me to LUIE, he was bit rude and onto he didn't know what he was doing, after 30 minutes he came back and sent me to ALEX ( PARTS DEPARTMENT) to order the parts, but ALEX was saying you don't need to do that as I will fixing with them so I had to go back to LUIE and then he said the booking is confirmed on 13th JUNE24. And he gave me the price as well and said to me I will get a text message and email. I came back I didn't get anything from SYTNER until I was enquiring yesterday, couple of phone calls in Luton SYTNER, they mentioned they haven't got any booking under my car reg. I tried to call couple of times to Luton, they answered and cut my phone instantly, then I called SYSTER HEAD OFFICE where they didd't find any booking too, the lady called LINDA she then emailed to ALEX, after few hours later I called ALEX and spoke to him, he then assure me that LUIE will call me when he is free. After all this Luie called and saying he has got booking all of a sudden. This was ridiculous. I am pretty sure they didn't have my parts as well. Really devastated. I never expect like this with SYSTER.

I dealt with SYTNER very long time. I had really good experience with SYTNER HIGH WYCOMBE when I had my X7 in 2023.

This is my honest opinion to SYTNER LUTON please don't put the bad reputation for SYTNER, this is good company and I and my whole family with SYTNER long time.

So spoke to a used car manager here regards to this particular dealership selling the car from under my feet. His response was that he felt they was right to sell the car to another customer jumped up moron. Honestly you guys have no integrity! Low life scum !

After an extensive wait for my new vehicle, when it finally arrived I only had to wait a few days for collection. It was presented beautifully. Loving the colour.

Tony Glair has been so easy to deal with and very efficient throughout the sale. Very pleased with the service provided.

I was informed the vehicle I travelled from to Durham to buy was under 40k and I would avoid the higher road tax.
I was informed when arranging road tax in the dealership that the car would cost £560 to tax. No explanation at this time could be given as to why. The reason was explained some day later as to why from Dan. This spoilt the experience.

I have been using Sytner Luton for many years now, and I cant fault the experience and quality of Service received by the team here at Luton. The welcome you receive on arrival is excellent, they cant do enough for you and you are so well looked after. I usually stay and use the office facilities, endless coffee and snacks, plus Lunch. Good relationship with the salesperson who was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. Timescales for delivery were very quick for an individual vehicle, ordered 7th Jan, build complete 29th January. Professional administration and handover arrangements. No hesitation recommending or returning.

Exceptional, Olympic Gold Service From Tony Gair and the team. From Initial phone contact, Tony got a sense of me, even when i wasn't sure what i wanted.

Tony is very personable, knowledge, great attention to detail, moreover, easy to deal with, everything was super smooth. He showed me what he thought would suit and was on budget. The first car met all of my desires and more, only 24,000 miles on the clock and a beautiful colour. Car brought from another branch to Luton - an absolute pleasure to deal with BMW Luton. We live 4 hours away, and would only buy BMW's here.

At first I made an order with Stephen James BMW Enfield and it was a horrible experience the lack of costumer services it was unbelievable, i made an order with them in August 2023 delivered date for the car i was supposed to be in December 2023, when i called them for an update they told me i wouldn’t have the car until July 2024, ever time i used to call no was available to take the call not to mention that they held my deposit for over a week i had to call motability numerous times for them to help me get my deposit back. That’s when i decided to call Sytner BMW Luton and it was the best thing i ever done, Hee Goh from the sales team was amazing made everything so easy and got me a car in the same day, two days after i went to collect the car, Hee Goh guided me through everything he was so patient with me. On the collection day Hee Gog and his manager Jaz Attwal were amazing, they guided me through everything made me feel so comfortable not to mention all the treats I received i loved the chocolates I received from Jaz, few days after that I received a phone call from Hee asking if everything was ok with the new car if i needed any help. I’m so happy i went to Sytner BMW Luton after an horrible experience with Stephen James BMW that affected my mental health.

Jamil was great. Attentive and never felt rushed. Test drove one car and wasn't really impressed. Looked at another they had new in and asked if another drive was possible and said sure. It's a car to be driven so asked if I could head to A6 and got the answer " wherever you feel comfortable" great ongoing support after agreeing sale and even replied on his day off to a query

This is my third BMW from Sytner Luton, and dealing with Jamil. He is absolutely brilliant, he knows exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to go over my options and came up with a great deal. From start to finish, him and the team were brilliant and within 4 days I was picking up my new car. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
