Mileage Discrepancy, Damaged Alloys, condescending staff
Yesterday I bought a white BMW 3 series 2019 plate. The presale customer service was excellent however it’s been downhill since then. The car was advertised with 41000 miles but when I took the car home I realised the actual mileage was 50010 and I only done a 100 mile journey to bring the car home. There was some damage on the vehicle I was informed about however the pictures I received didn’t highlight the extent of the damage and I was assured the alloys would be refurbished however they wasn’t done properly (scratch on the rear driver side wheel). When I brought this to the attention of Hannah I was told ‘if I didn’t buy the car some else will.’ Which I found to be rude and condescending. The car was given to me with next to no petrol and barely made it to the petrol station. I haven’t needed to use the after sales team yet so I cannot comment on their after sales customer service.
Based on the mileage discrepancies and being let down with the quality of the alloys and Hannah’s comment about if I don’t buy the car someone else will, I do not encourage anyone to use this dealership. Not the experience I was expecting when purchasing a £20k car.

Great experience
Went in just to look and found the perfect car. The guys Adam and Declan were very helpful and accommodating, managed to sort taking the car the same day with no real wait after signing papers. Was a lovely experience and it was definitely down to them two, would definitely buy and shop here again in the future.

We purchased a car in February, slight issue with it however both Adam Townsend in Sales and Paige in service were very helpful in sorting it out, would definitely recommend them.

£99 reservation fee not worth the paper it’s written on !
I paid a £99 reservation fee for a car which according to the terms and conditions would be taken off sale for 48hrs or so I thought !
I tried to arrange a test drive only to be told that someone else was in a test drive in the car I’d reserved ! I argued that the car couldn’t be sold as I’d paid to reserve it but the salesman wasn’t interested.
I asked for his manager to contact me to discuss the matter only to be contacted by the same salesman to say he had sold the car!!!!!
How can this be allowed ? His excuse was that the other person was in negotiations when we first contacted them and lied that he’d told us they were on a test drive … all they were interested in was in a sale , no doubt if the people on a test drive hadn’t bought the car the reservation would have stood .
Just be aware your £99 reservation will only stand if no one else buys the car before you get chance !!!

Very friendly staff- and no pressure to buy which was a good approach . Allen was great, very approachable when it came time to view the car which was a used electric Mini.
Test drive was good a brief explanation of the car specifications which was helpful.
Declan (Allen’s manager) took time to explain deals and gave us a good offer on a complete package.
I would definitely buy from these guys again.
