Great service
Really happy with the service from these guys from the start. We felt listened too and not pressured in any way by Shanae, and we felt she went above and beyond for us trying to help us find a car which suited our budget and family needs. She answered all our questions and was able to give honest advice. The finance part was well communicated to us and Jonathan was polite and friendly.

Best car sales experience I’ve had
We visited the dealership to look at a car that wasn’t quite ready. The staff went above and beyond, prepping the car so we could test drive it and even washing it while we waited. This made a big impression and we were won over. They offered a very competitive price for our part-ex. Billy, Finn and Paul were all a pleasure to deal with. Thank you! We can’t wait to collect our new car!

I had my car booked in for 8 o’clock in…
I had my car booked in for 8 o’clock in the morning to have a new battery fitted and the gearbox sorted and also smoke coming out of dipstick and oil filler cap. They pulled the car in at 10:45. I left just after 3 o’clock to find out that they have put a cheap nasty battery on the car, which now I am going to have to take to Land Rover and have a proper battery fitted they told me the smoke coming out of the oil filler cap is nothing to worry about the gearbox still not sorted the wheels are atrocious as there was bodged up to sell now they have sold the car they are not interested. They are now trying to fob me off and probably waiting now for their warranty to run out. Absolute disgusting attitude by the receptionist on the service department. I am probably going to have to take this further as I don’t think the engine is right with all the smoke that is blowing out of it.

The staff were all very helpful. They did forget to service it before we picked it up but they are going to book it in to be serviced.

Incompetent management …
Saw a black Mini Cooper S on the main car floor. Booked a test drive and decided to buy. Sorted part exchange and Arranged collection for a few days later and deposit paid
So excited with my purchase
Arrived home and received a call from Kyle. Apparently the mini had been purchased by someone else the day before! Not remove from the floor court or online- so I had been test driving someone else’s car!!
They apologised and said a manager had made a mistake
Very unprofessional and obviously incompetent
So glad I hadn’t bought that vehicle to find people were test driving it
Lucky escape and a company to avoid!!

Great service and an excellent buying…
Great service and an excellent buying experience. Qasim answered all my questions and picked me up from the station so I could do a test drive. Car is just what I was looking for and he and Jonathan then helped get the paperwork sorted on the day despite the computer system not working perfectly. Stealing £99
The dealer took the £99 reservation fee, the car was transferred to Bristol where I bought it as agreed, but the £99 was never refunded. I'm submitting a complaint with FOS and the FCA.
