Easy to book. Staff where ready when i arrived. Car clean and tidy on collection. Shame there is now a charge for using a courtesy car.

You know your stuff as far as BMW's are concerned.
You are not cheap but you are certainly not as expensive as some at your end of the market.
I will continue to use you and would use you for my wife's car but you do not servive VW.

My recent visit was very good, only a brake fluid change so was in and out in less than an hour and a half. I like the WhatsApp chat they have in place, it means you're not waiting on the phone to speak to one of their advisors. Very good service.
