Sytner to the Rescue
After a rather troublesome purchasing experience at another official Mini Main dealer the car had a 12V battery fault within 4 days. Sytner is my nearest dealer and the car was recovered there by Mini Roadside Assistance. At every moment Sytner kept me informed of the situation and rectified the fault that should have been originally picked up by the original dealership.
Both Chris and Amy in the service area show a great example as how to be a valued member of the Sytner Team. They are polite, calm and above all proactive in keeping you informed at all stages.

Beware double charges
Staff on the desk were helpful as always. Car failed MOT on intermittent light issue. Charged £62.50 + VAT to ‘remove’lamp and identify fault, then a further £61.67 plus VAT to ‘remove’ and replace light’ that had already been taken out. Bit of a piss take really for a long standing customer.

Never had an issue with this particular dealership. Very informative with Services/MOTs and great to have the option for the vehicle to be valeted inside and out. However, only the exterior was cleaned.
