Excellent customer service
Alexandra Irving, was amazing. I contacted the service department and she rang me back and answered all my questions regarding the mini service inclusive package. When I arrived at Sytner Swansea, she was extremely welcoming and also managed to ensure the service could be completed when I waited which was so helpful as I did not have other transport.

Normal excellent service except this time all my idrive settings are wrong and car keeps asking for a password on the screen and the driver side door cill was left dirty and slightly scratched :(

Would not recommend this dealership
Would not recommend this dealership. BMW 2series (already on their website to resell) was sold to us with defective MOT that they did not disclose. Had this car for two weeks and BMW asked us to sign a disclaimer to drive the car away as it was not road worthy. Be cautious people.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service from start to finish
This week my BMW M2 was booked in for its running-in service at Sytner Swansea BMW.
This car is my absolute pride and joy, so leaving it with anyone is a big deal to me.
Having been a former Dealer Principal myself for over 10 years, I understand just how important great customer service is, and I have to say the team at Sytner Swansea were outstanding.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Leanne on reception, who immediately made me feel at ease.
I was then introduced to Kieran, who talked me through the service process. I explained how particular I am about looking after my car, and he reassured me that it would be treated with the same level of care.
Before the work began, I asked if we could carry out a walk-around inspection together. Steve, who collected the car, was more than happy to do this with me. We had a great chat, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about looking after customers' vehicles.
The service was completed within the two-hour time slot as promised. I also received a technician's video by email explaining the work that had been carried out, which was a really nice touch.
From start to finish, the experience was professional, friendly and reassuring.
I purchased my BMW M2 from Sytner Newport, where I also received five-star service, and now I've experienced exactly the same high standard from Sytner Swansea.
Thank you again to Leanne, Kieran, Steve and the technician for taking such great care of both me and my car.
