First class service
I booked it in last time I took my wife’s car in - hence avoided the telephone booking process from hell. Great service from start to finish. Checked it in, job done quickly, minimum fuss, collected next day. Service adviser James (Russell) absolutely first rate - friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Sensible price was a nice surprise too. I even asked if they’d forgotten to add something. Excellent experience.

Tamworth Sytner Fantastic Experience!!
After using Coventry for a few years, the staff seemed to of changed a lot and I wasn’t made to feel as welcome as I used to be, so I made my way to Tamworth Sytner where I was instantly met with an improved level of warmth and professionalism!
Mir and Megan delivered on every level, being very patient with a number of changes on my behalf whilst building my car on the configurator. Nothing was too much trouble, they had plenty of experience and knowledge to answer any questions we had and from now on I will only be using Tamworth Sytner!!
Everything was handled with an incredible level of detail even down to the handover.
Can’t thank them enough!!

Daniel explained every detail about my purchase from the word go in plain english, no fancy,hard to understand bumf.
We then 'built' my car from the ground up giving me the price on each step of the way. Very professional.

Overall, a really great experience with Sytner.
A special thank you to Steve, who made the whole purchase process easy from start to finish. He was clear, helpful and attentive throughout, and I genuinely felt looked after at every stage.
What stood out most for me was the follow-up and the flexibility around my schedule, which I really appreciated. Nothing ever felt rushed or difficult, and the whole experience was very straightforward.

Not good service.
I dropped my car off at 9.30am. Despite asking if I could collect my car at 4pm I noticed on the tracker that at 2pm the work had not been started. I then sent a message but at 2.45pm the message had not been read. I then called and was told that they would ask for my car to be done next. I collected my car at 4.45pm. If I had not pushed and if there had been an issue when would I have got my car back?

Got a new car at a great price, collected on the agreed date and the handover was professional.
