The best Land-rover garage I have had my services etc done, staff are friendly/helpful, easy booking. Can’t fit the life of me understand why it’s closed, I travel from York because it’s that good. Gutted for the staff. I can only imagine how they feel, I picked up my Discovery on Thursday 12th March, everything had gone, cars, it was a really shock. Gutted and annoyed, I am now also along with others going to have to find another garage that I can trust.

Excellent experience from the staff, welcoming upon arrival would most definitely recommend, but unfortunately there closing the service which is a shame.

Unwilling to help
After purchasing a brand new land rover discover sport, I have experienced issues with the brakes and an odd engine rattle. This is after only 800 miles. Both issues are clearly there and are obvious.
Land Lover have the car for the day, don’t keep me updated with any findings/progress - then when I have to call them at the end of the day to get an update, they tell me they can’t find any issues! Utterly ridiculous

Poor show
I enquired about a vehicle online with full intention of buying. I was sent a video and then i asked a few questions to the “salesman”. Zero replies, four further emails and still nothing. Sent another message on the website and again zero. Guess you don’t want to sell it? Bought from Synter Porsche in Edinburgh before and were excellent, this branch unfortunately are not in the same league. Car is still for sale but i wont be buying it.

Exceptional service even when things didn't go to plan
I purchased a vehicle from Wakefield 4x4 Centre back in October. While the car unfortunately developed a couple of faults shortly after, the way the team handled the situation was exemplary.
They fixed the issues free of charge and kept me updated daily, ensuring I was never inconvenienced by providing a courtesy car throughout. When a second fault appeared, they handled it with the exact same level of professionalism and efficiency.
I want to specifically mention Talea Younge, who was exceptional throughout—always positive, kind, and helpful. Mark Kail, the salesperson, was also a pleasure to deal with from the start. It isn’t often that you encounter a problem and still feel positive about the experience afterward, but thanks to the staff here, I certainly do. Highly recommended.

Great Service from all concerned
I had a minor problem with my Range Rover and, once reported, it was dealt with quickly, efficiently and under warranty. I particularly like the fact I can book a loan car and have my own car collected from my office which means almost no disruption to my own business. I would like to thank everyone involved in this successful "operation" !.

Appointment for security update
It was easy to book the appointment, turned up in plenty of time, reception dealt with calling the correct department whilst I sat with a cup of coffee. Car was returned just over 1 hour later clean and ready to roll.

Fantastic service from start to finish when I had a small issue with my defender which was under warranty. Quickly diagnosed and parts ordered and managed to get it turned round in the day. Can’t fault them at all brilliant

As soon as you walk through the door the receptionist is so helpful and polite. All the members of the service department are very helpful and help out with all difficulties.
To pick a car up on time and the valet service was very professional.
