Great customer service
Big thank you to my sales executive Emma Gatfield for her amazing customer service!!
I experienced great customer service from beginning to end , nothing was too much trouble and I was kept informed all throughout the procedure.
Emma helped find me my dream Mini and ensured it was well within my price range.
I really appreciated the transparency from Emma and the team when my mini arrived from Cardiff with unexpected poor paintwork and bodywork. The team phoned me straight away and fixed the paintwork and bumper at a considerable cost to the business.
The handover experience was great. Emma explained all the different gadgets. She ensured my Apple car play was set up before I drove away.
I really appreciated the follow up call after collection to check how I was getting on with my new MINI.
I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone considering a new car. I found the whole experience was very personal and always customer focused.

Amazing experience with Michaela😄
Great place to go😄 I would 100% recommend Mini Worcester to anyone, I had a great experience here a few weeks go. Michaela was an amazing help with finding the perfect car for me! For some background, my old mini completely broke and I was incredibly sad about this. Mini Worcester helped with the process of getting rid of this car and put us in contact with Michaela to help find a perfect new orange mini for me. She listened and was very thoughtful… even remembering the name
of my old car and putting a little note in the window of my new car as a little tribute😄 A few days after taking my new car home she even phoned to ask how I was enjoying it! Very thoughtful:) If i would rate Michaela out of 10 i would give her an 11! A very personal experience here and I would definitely return! Thank you Michaela!

My daughter put us on to this company and so glad she did.
Can’t fault these guys. So lovely to deal with. Felt comfortable as soon as we walked through the door. The staff are very friendly and down to earth and look after you from start to finish.
Michaela was really patient as I was a bit nervous to have a test drive but she put me at ease and I enjoyed it thanks to her.
She kept in touch with us by email and answered all questions and concerns promptly and efficiently. On hand over day she explained everything about the car in detail.
On the way home we noticed a tiny chip on screen. We emailed Michaela and a guy turned up the next morning to fix it. Fantastic customer service!
We felt cosseted throughout the whole process of buying our car. We are really happy and feel at ease with our purchase due to all the cover and after sales you get with this company 10/10

Excellent and joyful experience. Thomas Mullen was patient, helpful , but not pushy. He carefully explained all the different gadgets in the car. Very kindly linked my phone and found a spare hanbook for me. I was dreading having a new car but he made it easy for me. Thank you, Tom and also James. I will recommend your fantastic service!

Great hand-over experience of my new MINI
Thought I needed to leave a review of the handover experience of my new MINI Countryman JCW I picked up on Friday 19th July from Sytner MINI Worcester.
First a big shout out to my sales executive Tom for a 1st class buying process and handover day. Tom was very informative during the buying process, sending me updates on delivery and made the handover and pick-up day a great experience. Also a follow up call after collection to check how I was getting on with my new MINI.
A big shout out also to the valeting team that presented my new car to a very high standard inside and out.
This is the 3rd Mini I have bought from this dealership and the standard has always been high. It’s great to see with a change of owner that this experience has remained 5 stars.

Although open on a Sunday staffing was very limited so only possible to look. Needed second visit to ask questions. On second visit only offered certain models in green paint finish but when we came to leave informed that new model was being launched shortly which was acceptable and order placed. On reflection felt we were being initially offered old stock.
Advised we were cash buyers but finance option was being ‘pushed’
Advised that delivery was anticipated as being 4-6 weeks and asked to be kept informed so that we could move money at appropriate time. After not hearing for a little time sent email asking for delivery update to be told car had arrived. Handover was handled well.

James listened to what I wanted (and…
James listened to what I wanted (and didn’t!) & when the mini I wanted was apparently sold at High Wycombe, he chased them up regularly- which was rewarded when that purchase didn’t go through. He arranged for the car to be transferred quickly to Worcester & I drove away in it just over a week after I first went met James. I love my new car - there are a couple of minor issues, but the car has been quickly booked in to hopefully rectify these! I would highly recommend James & Sytner!
