Called them regarding reel repair. Knew what problem was. Said 50p for the part. Posted to them Monday and got it back repaired Friday. Only charged £5 labour. Fast efficient reasonable cost and hones... Ver mais

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service , never received anything like it from other tackle shops , my Darrent valley top section was snapped in the van and they sent out a replacement free of charge ready for my weekend session , will be using the tackle box a lot more from now on
