Kommunikation ist mühsam.
Ware wurde erst nach Nachfrage 9 Tage später versendet.
Alles in allem aber schlussendlich zufrieden.

I bought expensive waders and after few days of fishing water goes inside the pants! Fabric layers separated from each others so that’s 100% manufacturing failure. They didn’t even answer my warranty request, but they just cancelled it! Not even one email to me to explain why they cancelled it. They just did. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this kind of company who treats their customers like that!

Falsche Ware geliefert...Rückversand nach Polen natürlich zu teuer...also bleibe ich auf dem Billigkram sitzen. Nie wieder.

Commandé un set de vêtements. Problème sur une taille. Articles renvoyés. Rien reçu en échange. Ne répondent plus au mail. Site de vente à fuir !

Pessima esperienza, non ho mai ricevuto la merce ordinata e neanche il rimborso. Sconsiglio vivamente di averci a che fare.

Je n'ai jamais reçu la commande passée en février. C'est de l'escroquerie. Il faut fuir ce site.

I ordered fly tying equipment, as I’ve only just started I was really excited to get some new stuff and learn to tie some new flies. I ordered on the 11th of April and didn’t receive any confirmation, I’ve emailed about 5 times and received only 1 reply asking for a confirmation (which they haven’t sent). I sent all the info I have which is only the transaction on my banking app and since then I haven’t heard back, I also tried to call them 8 times throughout the day today and they didn’t pick up the phone once. I used them successfully a month ago but after this I won’t be using them again

I bought from this Polish company, thinking they could be trusted. However, the products were faulty and like other reviewers, contacted them, twice , but have not received any reply. Lesson learnt about dealing with a company from abroad, as they obviously can't be trusted.
Another lesson learnt….I should have checked them out on Trustpilot.

I purchased a wading jacket, received an email saying I had to pay import tax, I can canceled the order and chasing my refund.

Communications are poor to say the least

I have bought from Taimen several years ago and they were Ok...however on trying to purchase today it was impenetrable.
UK and USA , should you be from same , do not feature as address destinations.
'Log in' and 'create account' went round in circles.
No good.

una autentica pena, compre unas botas para wadeador en febrero del 2024 y todavia no las he recibido, me he puesto en contacto con la empresa por correo electronico y siempre la misma respuesta, que ha puesto una reclamacion a correos polonia, pero yo ni tengo las botas ni el dinero. lo peor de lo peor no lar recomiendo ni a los enemigos

Mi pedido está tardando (desde 08 agosto), pero con fecha 20 agosto me respondieron al mensaje que les envié a través de su plataforma. Me han enviado una actualización del tracking desde Correos de Polonia, indicando que ya está en mi país. De momento, la espera continúa.

It is now the ninth of July I can only assume that because they are based in Europe they assume they can act with impunity to steal money from UK CUSTOMERS G .Richmond

Trainmen have taken my order, the funds out of my account but have said my email address is incorrect. Obviously it is not or are any of the details. On my order it says pending! I have sent emails but got no replies.
Don’t use this company!!!!
Avoid at all costs. I was stupid enough not to check reviews but even if you do you can’t rely on them not being false. For safety reasons I have had my card stopped and arranged a replacement also moved my money to my other account just in case. I will now have to change everything to do with my banking and have already had emails telling me that payments I have made by card automatically have been rejected. I hope that with my evidence I can get my money back through my bank. It’s worth a try. They are not worth the risk. I have now seen I am not the only one that hasn’t received the goods paid for and they have ignored other emails. I have learned an expensive lesson with all the inconvenience it has now caused to secure what is in my account at the moment. Tainmen you are rotten to the core shame on you. Fool me once fool you , fool me twice fool me comes to mind. I certainly won’t be fooled twice !!!!!!!!

Very bad quality. Brand new pair leaking in thighs first wear. Seams splitting in waders also at boot after second wear. This is my 3rd pair off Taimen never again.

J'ai passé Commande le 02/12/23, commande validée et prélevée le 04/12/23, mais jamais reçue. Aucun numéro d'envoi pour suivi du colis, aucune réponse aux mails envoyés sur le site, pas de réponse à ma lettre recommandée.

Tienen algunos productos de buena calidad, especialmente los de fabricación propia y la gama mas sencilla. Sin embargo su servicio de venta es sencillamente insultante. Haces una pregunta antes de comprar y no te contestan. Te prometen un envío en 1 a 4 días, por el que estás pagando, y varias semanas después sigues sin recibirlo. Reclamas y te contestan que UPS no es su empresa. En fin, toda una plétora de despropósitos. Y eso si tienes la surte de que te contesten, pues no suelen hacerlo. Con los productos de gama intermedia/alta he tenido muchos problemas. Compre unas botas de 200€ que después de usarlas 6 jornadas estaban para tirar a la basura.

Ordered wading stick 9 weeks ago !!! Never arrived. money taken out of my account!! e.mailed taimen 4 times without getting any reply stay away from this company they don't send your order or reply to emails just have to suck it up av been robbed🤬

Every order is delivered with items missing and part refunded even though these were supposed to be in stock, Total waste of time and best avoided
