Items were thin and did not fit based on my normal size and the size chart. They did not want to take them back. I ended up having to pay postage to get my refund. Will not order from them again.

Lovely Quality
Easy shopping experience online, good quality, unique product, arrived in a reasonable amount of time. A bit pricey, but love the fact that many of the items are made with recycled fabric, and they donate a portion of all sales to charity.

No customer service (no returns)
Took them over 3 weeks to ship the goods. The dresses are beautiful and good quality, but they are too short for me. Tamym isn't responding to my requests for a return authorization. They clearly don't want you to return anything as they make the process hard, complicated and lengthy.

Perfect Wedding Outfit!!
The clothing I received was perfect….color, size, etc. The shipping was not prompt. I finally emailed to ask for my money back if the items weren’t going to be shipped. Immediately after that I got tracking information and the product arrived.

Two dresses - fit like sewn for me
I ordered two dresses and the size chart was right on. Both dresses fit well and are flattering styles. I am 5’7” and getting close to 200lbs and ordered an XL. The shipping to Bc Canada took a long time but the package did eventually arrive and I’m happy with the quality and the price.
