Strimmer brush cutter head
I ordered the product in the afternoon and it was delivered by Royal Mail promptly the following morning. It came with adjuster screws and fully wound.
I could have done with fitting instructions - had to use YouTube to find out how to take off the old head. But once that was done the new one went on easily.

Absolutely chaotic. Made 10 attempts to contact by phone over a week no response, finally made contact by email, sent my order twice in following week and charged me twice ! think twice before using this company!

All I needed was a strimmer head
All I needed was a strimmer head. Local dealer wanted to sell me a universal one, available in three weeks! A web search took me to a Tanka stockist, but the part didn't look like what I had. I asked for advice but got none. Two days later I found Tanka Spares. The diagrams were the same as the 'other stockist' but I could ring someone. I did explain and explained my issue. The rep knew my machine and said the strimmer head had been updated. I placed the order (which was £10 cheaper than the alternate) and it was delivered next day. So hear I am happily getting on with the job. I would have saved a lot of time if I'd got Tanka Spares first time round.
