I AM TALKING ABOUT THE MILE END TANZEEL SPECIFICALLY!

My 2 good friends and I needed to use the bathroom, but, specifically the downstairs bathroom, as the upstairs one has no mirrors and is very unclean and has NO LOCKS for the girls toilet. I had to fix my hijab as my hair was starting to pop out, if the ustadahs catched me like that, I would be getting lectured left and right, I do not want to go through that. So, the downstairs bathroom has mirrors and doors with actual locks on the toilet. So, me and my 2 friends went downstairs to use the bathroom, and as soon as we stepped foot on the downstairs floor, all these ustadahs ran to us saying “get out you cannot use the bathroom here get out” and they was yelling at me so much, my 2 friends quickly ran upstairs. It really affected me, I didn’t feel like I was respected as it was a honest mistake but at the same time, me and my friends needed to use the bathroom for such and such reasons. It’s not nice to be treating students like that. It’s also disgusting for u as an ustada to act like u made the bathroom hand by hand. Maybe invest in bathroom locks and you won’t be seeing me and my friends downstairs every weekend. Also, it makes no sense, as the downstairs floor has barely any students! So why have so many toilets? But the upstairs floor has more students with less toilets whilst the downstairs floor students have more. Surely, the ustadas do not use all the toilets downstairs ?. It’s a bit silly having less toilets upstairs that has A LOT of students whilst having so many toilets downstairs for tiny amount of students. BTW this happened during the break time, not learning time. Thanks.

On the one hand, my experience at Tanzeel Mile End has been great so far, as my teacher (the 1st-floor headteacher) supports me with memorisation and recitation, Alhamdulillah. The location is accessible by transport and is in a great social and communal area.

On the other hand, some fixes could be improved, like the state of the building, as it lacks safety, vandalism on the walls and toilet cubicles, and more security on the ground floor. Additionally, some members of staff are a bit rude and don't really understand or respect students that much. But some teachers, like mine, do support us.

Mile End branch is amazing, the first floor teacher Lynda is a wonderful teacher. Without her I wouldn’t be where I am today. She is excellent at teaching and she knows how to deal with students weaknesses. She can identify the students weaknesses and strength and help them accordingly.

She always drives us forwards and pushes us to try our best, she deals with situations perfectly and knows how to keep the class in an orderly manner. She had taught me for multiple years and I have had an amazing
experience. Thank you tanzeel for having Lynda as a teacher

They are helping my daughter learn Arabic and about her religion, and the staff are polite. She is progressing well, and thank you to the teachers.

Teachers are excellent and my son has easily completed juzammah very fast and tge learning is very good and very progressive and the staff who has helped my son is wided.

My children goes to Tanzeel and I'm very satisfied with their curriculum and all the staff and teachers are wonderful and friendly. It is very easy to reach them whenever I need something to discuss with them. I'm very satisfied with Tanzeel

Good teaching facilities

Really good Madrasa cover all of the area for your children to develop understanding in Islamic studies and Arabic.

They are caring and experienced in teaching, take good care of kids in terms of study and managing curriculum

My children teacher's are amazing, specially Insaf and Yasmin , alhamdulillah feel blessed to leave my kids in good hands for learning. I love the syllabus and accurate accents and teaching by mostly all arab teachers.
