I'm sorry to hear this, I've spoken to our sales team who should be in touch with you imminently. Once they've advised the situation I'll update this reply accordingly. As a side note if you ever have any problems at all then do not hesitate to give us a ring and speak to a real person on 0161 351 9515, we're here to help and we don't have one of those annoying menu systems to navigate, so that's a bonus.

I can confirm your order had been dispatched on 3.12.18 via Royal Mail. As you had selected an un-tracked service unfortunately we are unable to trace the parcel once its left the premises. Top product, top company.
I bought the number plate attachment kit to attach a mirror to a wall using 2 metal brackets/plates about 3"×3" which then hooked onto slotted wall mounts. Perfect! I watched the online video showing number plate mounting. Very clear instructions. The kit contained everything needed for the job and ample amounts of materials. Delivered to wrong address
The original order delivered quickly to the wrong address.
Second order delivered quickly to the right address
Regrettably when we checked our records you had been given the correct address for the first order but your system overrode it.
Contacted regarding this mistake, my email not replied to. When we eventually contacted you by phone to complain... buck passing.
To date still not sure we have had the promised credit.

We sincerely apologize you've not been happy with our service on this occasion. Having looked back through your orders since 2013 it looks like this is the first issue you've encountered. After further investigation you ordered with us on 30.9.18 and we dispatched on 1.10.18. Due to a technical issue on our site, it hadn't updated your new address onto our live system hence the delivery being sent to the wrong address. As this is a Royal Mail un-tracked service we ask you wait a couple of days before we credit or re-send. We sent another couple of rolls to you on 9.10.18 and have since credited your original transaction. Again we apologize for the mix up and we can confirm the technical issue encountered on that day has been rectified. We do hope to see you again at Tape2go at some point in the future.
