There were 3 of us who came in for industrial piercings Ryan was so welcoming and polite there were two women doing a piercing course he was teaching them how to do all types of piercings there names were Toni and Melissa did two of our industrials they were absolutely amazing couldn’t fault them or Ryan never felt so safe and it was such a clean environment will definitely come back again for another thank you so much

Piercing Highly Recommend!

Excellent experience getting my belly button pierced by Ryan at Tattoo Asylum. He was gentle, professional, and gave great advice about how the jewellery would sit, which really put me at ease. I'm so happy with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan to anyone considering a piercing.

I’ve just completed the Tattoo and Piercing Course both were fantastic! I’ve enjoyed them so much and learnt a huge amount that I wouldn’t have learnt in a general apprenticeship! I can’t wait to start my new career with the extended help from these guys! Sad to leave but will be back soon :)

I honestly cannot recommend this tattoo course enough! From start to finish, the whole experience has been absolutely brilliant, and I’m so glad I decided to take the step and invest in learning a skill that I’m genuinely passionate about.

The course has given me a much better understanding of tattooing, from the importance of hygiene, safety and preparation to learning the techniques, developing my skills and building confidence with the equipment. It’s one thing to have an interest in tattooing, but being able to learn the correct methods, understand the theory behind the process and put everything into practice makes such a difference.

What really stood out to me was the support, guidance and patience throughout the course. Having someone who is willing to explain things properly, answer questions and help you understand where you can improve makes the entire learning experience so much better. I never felt like I was just being rushed through the course. There was a genuine focus on learning, developing and making sure I understood what I was doing.

I also really appreciated the emphasis on professionalism and the responsibilities that come with being a tattoo artist. Tattooing is much more than just picking up a machine and creating a design. There is so much to learn about hygiene, skin, technique, precision and ensuring everything is carried out safely and correctly. This course helped me appreciate those details even more and gave me a strong foundation to continue building on.

Since completing the course, I feel much more confident in my abilities and motivated to keep practising, improving my techniques and developing my own style. I know that becoming a good tattoo artist takes time, dedication and plenty of practice, but this course has given me a fantastic starting point and the confidence to keep pushing myself further.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in getting into tattooing, whether you're starting from scratch or looking to build on your existing knowledge. If you’re willing to learn, listen, practise and put the effort in, this is a brilliant opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience in a supportive learning environment.

A massive thank you to everyone involved for the time, effort, knowledge and encouragement throughout the course. I’ve come away with more confidence, a better understanding of the industry and even more passion for tattooing than I had before.

Overall, an excellent experience from beginning to end, and one I would happily recommend to anyone looking to take their first steps into the world of tattooing. Definitely worth it, and I’m excited to put everything I’ve learned into practice and continue developing my skills as a tattoo artist!

Great experience, clean and fantastic looking studio. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them.

This was my first tattoo so naturally I was anxious not knowing what to expect. Asylum immediately made me feel welcome and relaxed. I wanted a tattoo of my cat and a good likeness. Nasia did the tattoo, she was amazing and ended up with a perfect tattoo. I will definitely go back.

I visited the studio to take part in the 2 week tattoo course, I haven’t received a tattoo or piercing from anyone there so I can’t comment on that, but the course was nothing I’d expected. I’ll leave a detailed review on their International Tattoo Academy page for that. One thing that does leave a bad taste in my mouth though; they give you free aftercare if you give them a good review on google, which seems a bit like bribery to me.
