Super Bestellabwicklung. Transparente Informationen zum Versand. Die bestellten Stiefel waren wie beschrieben und von sehr guter Qualität. Gerne für größere Stiefel auch längere Schnürsenkel im Shop anbieten oder ich hab einfach nichts gefunden.

Toll
Ich habe jetzt schon paar mal bei tattoobrands bestellt und war jedes Mal zufrieden. Erstmal finde ich das Sortiment einfach grandios, da ist für jeden was dabei. Meine Bestellungen kamen immer schnell und unbeschädigt an, man wurde immer per Mail auf dem laufenden gehalten und im Paket ist immer noch was zum naschen drin, was ich total süß finde. Ich werde hier immer wieder bestellen!

Nie wieder!!!
Die Rückerstattung ist eine absolute Katastrophe!! Meine Rücksendung ist seit drei Wochen da und mein Geld habe ich bisher immer noch nicht erhalten!! Ich hatte per Paypal bezahlt gehabt. Haben jetzt schon das zweite mal Kontakt aufgenommen!! Nicht zu empfehlen, werde dort nie mehr bestellen!!

Out for fast money?
My girlfriend ordered some pairs of shoes which made a good impression online. Shoe soles all made of cheap plastic. Invoice stated that money won't be returned, she would just receive a coupon. Fortunately she didn't pay yet. After more than two weeks Klarna asked for the carrier tracking. Parcel was returned already two weeks, but not processed from the company.
The whole procedure gave us the impression that the customer is promised great items, but receives low quality products. Money back is not in favour of the company

Buyer beware
Company sent out shoes that did not fit, claimed to not having received the returned item and then didn’t issue a refund (see several reviews on Amazon.de). I can’t recommend using them and will not ever use them again myself. I spent €95 for nothing.

180 € for shoes that doesnt fit
I ordered 180€ demonia shoes in my size 37. They delivered 38. No shoe size number on the shoes, but clearly was a size to big for my feet. Sent them back, to have my actual size. Got a size too small. Sent them back, received the first pair that i had returned yet again. After this I could clearly not send them back as they would just send back thesame pair as before. So I got unfitting shoes for 180 €. Great.... would give them 0 stars if I could

Sehr zuverlässig und schnell
Ich habe hier zum ersten mal ein Paar High Heels "Pleaser" bestellt. Diese Schuhe entsprachen genau der Beschreibung und haben perfekt gepasst. In anderen Shops wurden zu meiner EU Größe oftmals die falschen US Größen geliefert. Was dann auch unnötige Retouren verursacht. Da war ich hier positiv überrascht.
Lieferung sehr schnell und super verpackt.
Hier bestelle ich sicher wieder.
