Taxevo has never let me down. Tax returns are a daunting task. But whenever I have to do my company's taxes or personal ones, I never fear nor worry because I know the team at Taxevo will sort everything. They're quick and responsive. They're always available to answer all my questions, and I have many of them. They are always at hand. And when you do run into any issues with HMRC they always come to the rescue.

I'm new to running a small business and Taxevo has helped me get everything set up, from deciding on the best way to trade to helping with a bank account. All the advice given was clear and easy to understand. I'm very happy so far!

Paid this company for around 3 months, never received replies to my emails, didn’t register me for HMRC, useless! The only time I heard from them was to pay my direct debit each month. I called twice to cancel and no one would speak to me, sent several emails to advise I won’t be continuing with them and the only response I got was that my direct debit was due that day and could I please pay for that month - of course I did not pay and no one bothered to email me back. Don’t waste your time.

I had no serious issues, however questions I had were often ignored or responses were slow so I decided to switch to a different accountant.

How disappointing ... 2 weeks since "engagement" and NOTHING ... If you can't provide a service, don't waste everybody's time and keep stringing people along ... Don't waste your time here if you are looking for an accountancy service ... just search in Trustpilot for trustworthy results ... I have now found Gorilla Accounting ... Everything sorted in 1 day ...

Spent 8 months paying them only to have HMRC confirm I didn’t need to register my freelance income, despite Mark urging me I did. After expressing my frustration and disappointment, their claim for 100% money back for dissatisfaction is FALSE. They took advantage of someone new to the game and liked their pockets. Also appalling communications and unfriendly at times.

The worst company to work with, its been almost 2 years of nightmare with this guys, they do not solve any problem, they actually add more problems to you, I pickup the most expensive package they got on their website because I think they will handle everything for me, but actually I need to do all the bookkeeping, I'm switching from them to another company and they told my new accountant they will handle all the paperwork in 30 days, I need to fill my VAT return and they did not do it on time because I was not registered on MTD and guess what he told me 1 days before the due date... so now I'm late and struggling with them to do their job that I actually paid for... Disgusting this kind of people... This was my first experience in the UK, I'm a business owner in Portugal, USA and the Netherlands and never have this kind of problems with an accountant... so STAY AWAY its my recommendation for you!
