Outstanding customer service- helpful on the phone with preliminary inquiries, pain-free booking process, phone call to confirm details of delivery address and fabulous tracking link so didn’t have to wait around unnecessarily. The driver who delivered was very friendly and moved the box so it was conveniently located

Their adaptability, clear comms and good business means that after interaction, you find yourself wondering why all business encounters can’t be service and outcome led.

I found everything about (and everyone at) taxibox to be easy, fast and helpful. Customer service was the best, always being able to talk to a real person on the phone plus easy online services too. Pick up and drop off drivers were always friendly and overall it just has a good vibe! We stored for almost a year while we travelled and it was perfect.

First time using TAXIBOX, easy to book, manage and track. Benny delivered the box this morning, and he is so friendly, patient and professional. He explained clearly and told me how the TAXIBOX works. He arranged the box in the location where it doesn't affect using the garage.
