Nervous online buyer
I don't buy too much online as can't always trust quality and service.
Will definitely shop more with TDF.
Thanks

Disappointed to pay for next day delivery & not receive.
Disappointed that we paid for next day delivery (needed shoes for a party) but only received parcel 2 days later. Not clear how to contact TDF to ask for reimbursement of postage payment.

Delivery took too long
It took over a week for my son's cap to arrive. This in my opinion took far too long. In the meantime, my other son ordered some jeans from another supplier. He ordered, had them delivered, returned as too big and ordered an alternative which was delivered all before TDK delivered a cap - ridiculous, they took my money very quickly !!!

Good offers on clothing
I bought a few pairs of jeans (great sale), we returned 2 pairs out of the 4 jeans only cos they didn't fit properly. I thought the p&p was quite expensive, considering I had to pay over £6 to return 2 of the items back to store. But was refunded the next day.

NOT HAPPY
I HAD ORDER A MENS VOI T SHIRT SIZE LARGE,USING YOUR SIZE GUIDE. ON ARRIVAL, IT WAS FAR TOO SMALL, MUCH SMALLER THAN THE SUGGESTED SIZE GUIDE ON YOUR SITE. AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER I HAD USED A £5 OFF CODE THAT YOU HAD GIVEN ME SO I NEEDED TO KNOW IF I ORDERED ANOTHER T SHIRT IN LARGER SIZE TO REPLACE THE ORIGINAL, COULD I USE THIS CODE AGAIN AS THE FIRST ONE HAD BEEN WASTED THROUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN. I RANG YOUR TEL ON WEBSITE AND WAS TOLD THAT NO CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENT WAS AVAILABLE, THE LADY TOOK ALL THE DETAILS AND SAID IT WOULD BE EMAILLED TO THEM AND I WOULD HAVE A TELEPHONE CALL OR EMAIL BACK YESTERDAY......I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!! ( I EVEN ASKED HER THAT DURING OUR LONG CONVERSATION HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BECOME AVAILABLE, SHE REPLIED NO - YOU MUST ME VERY BUSY THERE DETAILS WITH OTHER PEOPLES COMPLAINTS!!)
I AM THEREFORE NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND WILL NOW NOT EVEN BOTHER TO ASK FOR A LARGER SIZE BUT WILL HAVE A REFUND FROM THE ORIGINAL T SHIRT AND SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR ANOTHER ONE.

Hi Sandra
We promise to always contact our customers either by phone call or email if our Customer Service lines are busy.
We take a number of orders over the phone and online daily and at certain times of the day the Customer Service department can be very busy, we do have a system in place where we log customer details so we can contact them as soon as a Customer Service Representative is available.
We have contacted you with regards to your order and we believe this issue has now been dealt with by our Customer Service Department.
We have given you a full refund and refunded your postage costs.
Kind Regards

The wrong trousers/jeans and a security tag.
Easy ordering system and fast dispatch then it all when wrong. Gstar 3301 loose incorrectly labeled by mamanufacturer as very tight and tapered and to top it off shop security tag left on bottom of right leg of jeans. So I'm now in the process of returning jeans at cost to me!!!

Fast delivery, decent price.
Good quality swim shorts that stay the same colour wet or dry. True to size marked and very comfortable. Ordering was easy and deliver was quick. I'd definitely recommend both the product and the company.
