A company that does not care about customer loyalty or keeping their customer, we have been purchasing hardware for a very long time, we made one small miss order and they will not take it back do not care and want nothing but to take your money... DO NOT USE
As far as distributors go for IT hardware, TD Synnex in the US is the best we have used. Great account managers and support teams. They have issues like all distributors, but we can't fault the support we have had from Megan and the team.
I have been trying to get transfers done since the beginning of September, they pass my company around to several different employees, some NEVER once responded, some "managers" who refused to answer me, nobody picks up the phones or provides a status update unless you email every single day for multiple days in a row.
I have never received a quality response from them, no insight into progress. Fake promises to escalate. We are literally paying losing IT companies for TD Synnax's terrible business and lack of management. We are losing money and have no view into what is going on. Stay FAR away, Ingram is worth the $$
Awful company, tried to sign up with them as a reseller and had a nightmare experience, it was like dealing with incompetent monkeys with computers. They are also quite arrogant and unhelpful, the customer service is terrible and that's even before becoming a customer.
They do not reply to emails and you have to chase them for weeks to get a response. I just gave up in the end.

De får en fordi man skal give en. Forbløffet over at man møde samme metoder som på svindelsider. Jeg bestiller en MacBook og får tilsendt en blækpatron. Jeg bruger herefter mere end en uge med daglige opkald og de kan kun sige, at de har skrevet til deres leverandør TD synnex men kan ikke gøre noget før de svarer. Pengene har de taget. Efter en uge ringer jeg selv til TD synnex, hvilket jeg ikke har kunnet få Bilka til. Efter en uge kan de dog godt ringe og så finder vi ud af at sagen ikke er oprettet. Jeg er nødt til at bede om at få pengene tilbage for at kunne nå at få den til jul. Jeg har en handel med Bilka, har betalt for varen men får den ikke. Argumentet er Bilkas logistiske bagland - som jeg er pæn ligeglad med.

Locked/ Discontined. it says Customer is Discontined ; Who does that. No Email or Notice. Also cannot get full Catalog in excel
I'm something of a usability expert with a backgrounds as an Analyst Programmer. I've been using them since for over 20 years through two name changes and in that time their web ordering system has barely changed - it's simply the worst user experience I've know. They add manual processes and awful spreadsheets for POs which make the process of using them as difficult as possible, and they manage to combine poor customer service with arrogance and incompetence. I'd love to never use them again using them but Dell choose to use them as their distribution channel which I believe is a huge mistake.
