What a great company! They have so many amazing flavors and even let you customize your box!

I am on the every-three-months Black Tea plan and I really look forward to getting my Tea Runners subscription box. I've had some really lovely tea from Tea Runners!

My only disappointment is duplicates. I've been subscribed for a couple of years now, and there's at least one tea in each box that I've had before. In the May box there were TWO duplicates, and one was a Kathmandu Cosmos and I'd previously had that one in November. It's delicious, but I really want to try NEW teas. I've also had one of my least favourite teas, Citron Mint Black, at least twice.

I can't see how to review and change the kind of teas in advance of shipment - maybe that's only an option for monthly subscribers? I don't really want to do that - part of the fun is the surprise - but even if I loved a tea I'd rather have something new.

I see from your website that there are lots of teas I've never had, and I would love it if you could pay more attention to not repeating teas for the every-three-months subscribers like me. At least not repeating in under a year - I realize your supply is not unlimited.

These teas are so yummy and the highest quality I have ever had ! Im not sure I will ever be able to go back to drinking any other teas . I love I have the opportunity to try them in the comfort of my own home, and fully customize my box . I also love all the direction and steeping tips that came prior to my first box , and all the tips that come on the packaging . I have placed several orders for larger amounts of tea and all were shipped fast . Tea Runner Charlie has been very helpful with any questions I have had and always has responded fast .

I received this as a gift from my son and really love the tea. It is so fresh. My favorite so far is the Zhang Shan Xiao Zhong tea.

I received this a gift from my granddaughter, so I am surprised with each package. I have received two of the three so far and have enjoyed the variety and quality of what I've tasted. I say this as a tea lover for more than 50 years and have had some of the finest teas available.

It has a nice selection of teas in portions that give you enough to savor them. If you really love a particular selection, they often have larger quantities available to buy. They select a wide variety from herbal tisanes to pure varietals, and they are packaged well, so the tea arrives fresh and intact.

I have gotten about five boxes from Tea Runners (provided in return for my honest opinion) and I am a big fan of this service. I have liked most of the teas and appreciate the option to switch out teas I do not like before they are shipped. That's not something I have seen in other boxed I've subscribed to.

I look forward to receiving my box each month! The selection of quality teas never disappoints. Many of the selections are award winners and I feel like I’m really getting a chance to sample the best of the best teas. I also like that I know ahead of time which teas will be included in the box and have the option to make changes.

Hi! I like your teas, and your packaging is very elegant and looks very nice. I especially like things packed in sustainable packaging such as cardboard. The fruity teas make very nice iced tea.

However, I recieved a gift subscription for Mother's day and never got a notice from your company! I wouldn't know who gifted it except that I asked my son if he gave it to me. It would also be nice to know how many months of tea I will receive as I don't have any idea if I will continue to get any more tea!

I love all the beautiful blends I've received so far! These are truly high quality teas!

Tea is very good. It is flavorful and smooth. Does not have that bitter, acidic quality that most commercial teas have.
