Purchase of New Phone

Popped in and received fantastic service & advise on purchasing a new phone - the gentleman swopped all my apps over and information - all done within the hour I will certainly being using there services again

the store manager was very rude,racist and mean, unprofessional and didnt know how to manage a situation

the store manager was very rude, racist and mean. The same seller, in addition, he claimed that I am a liar.
I came for a factory reset of a phone, I was told that it can be done and to come back in an hour. I was with my husband and the child, I waited and then came back after the phone. our mistake because I didn't check at the moment, then the next day I didn't manage to get back and after a few days I returned to the store with the receipt and the phone, the receipt says that I have a 1-year warranty, however they didn't do anything to the phone , it is not reset, my money is taken, they were racist and very rude, even claiming that they have the right to behave and speak to me as they wish. on the grounds that he would have told me from the beginning that I would still need a previous Google account to connect the phone to. They didn't say this from the beginning, if they said it, I wouldn't have called them, because I specified that I no longer know any details from that phone, they wanted to look at the cameras, I waited, when I I went to ask if she had much left, she was very rude, looking at me angrily, she said that she had as much as she had and that I would have to wait, I told her that it was not necessary to be so rude and she replied that it will be as she wants. very racist, very rude and very unprofessional. You take the money from the customers, if you didn't have any more customers the store would go bankrupt and you would lose your job. be more lenient, kinder, and less racist. Score 0 for all services in your store, thank you very much :)

I had recently got my phone screen…

I had recently got my phone screen repaired by one of your employees named Hamza from the leamington spa branch. He was extremely patient and professional throughout our whole interaction and is truly a credit to the store.

Excellent service

Went tech house today to get my iPad screen repaired.
Excellent service and didn’t take too long.
The guy that repaired it was very helpful and friendly and very sufficient.
Highly recommend

Lakeside branch

Lakeside branch - would never go there again, such disgusting manners and attitude by the tech engineer sat on the right.
i support the other feedbacks going back years the attitude and customer service or lack of is a shocker

Battery change, damaged phone

Took phone for a battery change, left my screen protector sctrached showing lack of care or respect for belongings, stuck the back panel on after the battery change and was not fixed flush meaning there's a gap around the back.
Battery is worse then the battery I previously had

Been asked to take phone back so they can put my old battery back but not acknowledging the permanent damage to the back, the fact they don't pressure test meaning I am worse of than when I first walked in

Asked to make a complaint via chat and received a reply saying complaint will be taken and chat disconnected without asking if I had anything else to discuss notlr achieving a satisfactory resolution nor information how complaint will be dealt with

Incident took place in lakeside branch
Absolutely upset and disgusted with the service
Even worse aftercare and online support/resolution or lack off

The team at TechHouse are brilliant

The team at TechHouse are brilliant. A quick call in advance and their response was very reassuring and therefore popped in with broken phone. The team knew exactly what to do keeping the repair within an hour. Great service and a great flexible pricing structure. Couldn't recommend more.

I broke my iPhone and didn’t think it…

I broke my iPhone and didn’t think it could be fixed. I got told to visit Techhouse and was told they could have it up and running within 30 mins. Tim was so helpful and reassured me that it just need a screen replacement. 25 mins later I had my phone back and it was working perfectly! Such a relief. Staff were friendly, service was great. Won’t go anywhere else now. Thank you!

Won't repair faulty phone

This service has been thoroughly unacceptable. I have had months of problems with this phone. The phone is faulty, and if it will not be fixed under warranty by the seller, nor by the insurance because it is a TECHNICAL FAULT, then I need a refund for this device immediately.

I can’t believe what I’ve just gone SAVE YOUR PHONE

I can’t believe what I’ve just gone through at this shop I went in asking for a new screen on my iPhone 11 and was greeted whit a very welcoming person, he the took my phone and changed the screen for me at the price of £89.99 so was very happy but then when I got home I was shocked to see my screen wasn’t responding to touch AT ALL I then took it back and told them what happened they said look let me fix it and you can come back in hour and it will be fixed so was very happy with this. When I got my phone back it’s was working for about 20 minutes until it completely stopped working I couldn’t use the touch screen at all and I had to go back again, I ask for a full refund so I could go to Apple and get it fixed but he keep insisting that I let him have another attempt to fix my phone, i told him No I want to get it look at professional cuz I’m done and I want my money back cuz both time I’ve got it back it gets worse and worse each time so I got my money back but it took about 20+ minutes to get some of my refund back I only got £79.99 which is £10 less then what I paid for and when I took it to Apple they said to me it going to be £200 to £300 to fix it or I’m going to need a hole new phone cuz they think they have damaged the inside of my phone so -100/10 don’t go there SAVE YOUR PHONE
