Incorrect website description. Asked for refund. They asked for return AT MY OWN COST. I returned and THEY REFUNDED ONLY PARTIAL. No wonder why took down from Amazon

Die Steckdosen haben nach 2 Jahren den Geist aufgegeben. Nur wegen der Installation einer neuen WLAN Verbindung ist es nicht mehr möglich die Steckdosen neu zu installieren.
Absoluter Schrott. Nie wieder!!!

I moved into a house that had 4 Teckin plugs. I liked them so went to the website to buy some more. I received porik plugs that do not work with the Teckin app or Google home app. In fact, they don’t work at all. I have contacted the company 4 times and not received any response. AVOID!

Absolute garbage!
I bought shortly 2 Webcams. After a short time the power supplies gave up. The Webcams does not work anymore. I wrote 3 complaints. They even do not answer! Hands off! Never again!

Ware wurde laut GLS-Tracking nie losgeschickt, keine Antwort, keine Erstattung.

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Terrible customer response. They owe us a refund of $40 and it’s been like an act of congress to get this far. An email said they would finally refund it ASAP - that was 2 weeks ago. Buyer beware if you believe their return policy.

Well guys...I wouldn't book any holidays to Bermuda this year....cos your business is going down the tubes!! Buying dodgy reviews on Amazon, selling faulty products to loyal customers and completely ignoring customer service messages from disgruntled buyers...you're not gonna last long!!
Bought smart plugs....became faulty....complained....nothing happened...foolishly bought MORE plugs...same thing....I've emailed your "customer service" repeatedly and had no reply. Dodgy capacitors in your merchandise...the internet knows. Plugs heating to the point of melting....sooner or later someone's house will burn to the ground and you'll be looking at lawsuits.
Avoid like the plague!!

I specifically bought some SB50 bulbs. They sent a completely different type of bulb. When contacted they attempted to buy me off with a 30% discount on my next purchase. I demanded they they accept a return. They said I get to cover the shipping cost. These "sellers" are horrible.

The Teckin wall switch does not survive use in areas where the temperature may exceed 100 degrees F. I have sent three e-mails to Teckin about the issue and have not received one response back.

Seid mehr als einem halben Jahr warte ich auf eine technische Lösung von Teckin. Mittlerweile sind bereits zwei WLAN-Steckdosen vom Typ SP22 kaputt, und lassen sich nicht mehr einschalten. Zahlreiche Mails bleiben unbeantwortet, oder werden intern von einem zum anderen weitergeleitet. Meine Empfehlung hierzu ist eindeutig: Hände weg von diesem Unternehmen. Schade ist, dass man nicht null Sterne vergeben kann.

My experience with these Teckin smart plugs has been less than satisfactory. Out of the four I purchased, only two initially functioned properly. Unfortunately, one of those two ceased to work after a few months, and despite my attempts to reset it, I was unable to resolve the issue after dedicating two hours of my time.
Recently, my Wi-Fi password changed, rendering the remaining functional smart plug useless. After spending an additional 20 minutes attempting to reconfigure it, I ultimately decided to discard it along with the other malfunctioning units

Over the last 2 years i have added Teckin Smart plugs to almost every device in the house. I have purchased over 20 plugs.

At first, wow, i loved being able to set timers for lamps to come on, turn off the kids TV when they don't listen etc.

Over half the plugs have now failed, i have emailed support and never get a response. do not buy these plugs, find another brand. They click on and off very fast and get crazy hot when they go faulty, how they haven't damaged something or caught fire i will never know.

currently removing them all and looking for another brand.

Smart plugs worked fine for a while then had to reinstall them all. Now the app has continual annoying repeated pop-up ads before you can see the app to turn on lights. Seemed Google home compatible at first, now it's not. Don't do it!

Bought a pack of 3 smart switches, 2 failed within an hour or so. Although they connect to WiFi and operate the indicator light, no power is output. Emails to their support team get no response, so rubbish product quality and rubbish, non- existent, product support.

La lámpara ha dejado de funcionar el mismo día que la recibimos. Hemos intentado contactar con Teckin para la devolución desde hace MES Y MEDIO y nadie se hace responsable. NEFASTO!! no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto

Bought smart plugs 2 years ago. Now half of them don't work, and I have to watch ads to turn the remaining plugs on. AVOID!

I have purchased quite a few of those smart plugs SP27, and every one of them went bust after about 1-2 months. Very poor quality products. Stay away.

Brought x8 bulbs and x4 led strip lights 12 months ago. Fairly long delivery time. then when they were delivered, the bulbs were screw fit, when I specifically ordered bayonet. They replaced this set and immediately dispatched another set of screw fit bulbs. On the 3rd attempt the bulb fittings were correct.

Only 6/8 were able to connect the the WiFi (this was tested in different locations using the same method of connection as the other 6.

Now after 12 months we are down to 2 functioning bulbs, 2 will only turn blue, one stopped entirely and the others won’t connect.

The strip lights display different colours across the strip when a single colour is entered and they have easily broken despite being fitted well away from anyone being able to touch them.

Really disappointed by what was on paper, a really good deal and decent looking product.

Would not recommend!

We have at least a dozen Tekken cameras that we use to monitor our property and dogs. We have been using them for about 4 yrs. Easy to setup and more. Love the ability to share the feed with others. We are just starting to explore the cloud storage option but unable to locate any information about a multiple camera option.

Bought four plugs. Two have stopped working after 12 months. It’s a waiting game now for the other two to stop.
