DON"T order from this company!! What a scam. There agent hounded me about making a 1500 order in order to pickup from an US warehouse otherwise I had to pay $26 (which even from DHL/Fedex is expensive). But my order would arrive in 1-3 days and I was paying for quality. All a joke. Then came the excuses as to why I couldn't get my order in 1-3 days because the workers were out on holiday. 8 hours hadn't even lapsed when I asked to cancel my order, then radio silence. Now have to make a dispute with paypal and my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I am regretting . This company used to have high quality hair but not anymore . Please spare yourself the disappointment.

I ordered Bralian hair from Ted hair and I am so disappointed. Ted hair used to be good quality but its certainly not anymore. The hair doesn't keep curl and its tangling up. I am so so disappointed. The Brazilian hair is not unprocessed hair. It's the worst hair qualy I have even put in my hair. If I could give zero start I would. I am in shock of how the quality of Tedhair has been decreased. It's not good quality anymore. Its disappointing and dishonest. The hair I spent hours putting into my hair is tangled and dont keep the curl. One time I could just run my fingers through Ted hair but now the quality is so bad I can't do that anymore. It's not silky and soft anymore is filled with synthetic and tangled.

If I could give no stars I would. Wrong item sent. Wrong size, wrong colour, vile material. PayPal upheld my complaint but I have to return the bit of rag to China at my expense. No replies from the company.

Tedhair is a scam. They are selling clothing and coats under many different store names but not sending out anything. One of their fake store names is Kelisexin. I feel so dumb that I got scammed for a coat

The hair quality is horrible and so is the customer service. After being washed and deep conditioned that hair shed a ridiculous amount, it was dry and coarse, tangled and a flat iron couldn’t even help it! It lost 100% of its luster. When I expressed my concerns their customer service rep, June, was so rude and unhelpful. Avoid this company!!!

Hair is soft and no short hair. I am glad to meet tedhair and get such awesome hair. Thanks for Tedhair excellent services and help me to do my own hair bushiness

If I could leave zero stars I would. I recently purchased this hair through my stylist and it was absolutely HORRIBLE. I've been wearing virgin Brazilian hair for over five years now so I know good quality hair and this was NOT good quality. The hair is dry, brittle, stiff, and sheds. It has no bounce back and has to be combed every hour on the hour to get the tangles out. After countless messages and videos of the hair...they still did not resolve the issue and the customer service was rude and non-existent. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

Hair ordered was virgin hair natural wave. The hair tangled up when washed extremely bad. I go to professional hair dresser every two weeks for washing and conditioning and always take good care of my hair and weave. This hair dredded up when washed a shed like crazy. When I reached out to Ted hair they were not helpful and didn’t act like they even cared and didn’t make it right. Very bad customer service and hair quality

Heyy ladies can I have your honest opinion about this lace frontal wig I just got from Ted hair company. I been talking to zoe from that company and we been having conversations she’s telling me how wonderful her hair is and how I can trust her company So I ask her can she send me a 16inch frontal wig also I told her I was gonna cut the wig until a bob with a deep part if there’s any hairstylist on here or any ladies that always get deep part you should know what I’m talking about when you see the pictures now If you look at the picture where the combs are at on both sides the combs stop the deep parting and the tracks also stopping the Deep parting. I told Zoe this is not a full frontal wig I told her a frontal should be part anywhere on the frontal I told her it looks like more like a lace closure Wig Which I can only part in the middle part but I can’t part on the sides because the sides are short parting because of the tracks and combs are in the way do anybody understand what I mean but anyways Zoe was very rude to me after she got my money. I told her and TedHair June y’all send me the wrong wig and you send me a 14inch Which i asked for 16inch she responded to me three days later but before I paid she was texting me every day to try her hair but now She got my money she responded to me three days later and told me we don’t want to do business with me because Im complaining I told her I want a refund and I’ll send the hair back to her when I get my money still no answer If there’s anyone understand where I’m coming from please do not buy from this company they are very unprofessional they don’t care about nothing else but your hard working money. They send me Little human hair mix with synthetic It is not 100 % virgin hair And they lace frontal are not full frontal. This company is a Fraud and a scam please stay away don’t make the same mistake I made and Ladies please ask your vendors can you see the inside of a wigs before buying . First picture that how it looks when I first open it Second picture I’m complaining to her how I can’t part on the sides Third picture is showing how the ends are very wrinkled and nappy looking .that’s a sign of synthetic is mix with it also I did other stuff to the hair to prove I was right third picture me and her discussing the wig The fourth and fifth picture she’s going back-and-forth with me when I gave her a example of a wig picture telling her that how a frontal should look like there no u middle and no short sides other picture showing how they sent me the wrong length In the last picture she send me back one of my picture saying she did her measurements frontal 13 x 6 which she only Measure the middle What about the sides where to combs are at then if you see the red line Is touching the combs and the tracks area because they make they frontal wig different and not correctly .... just run away from this company 🏃‍♀️ 🏃 TedHair June Tedhair Joey I want this company to see because they are in this group I will post everywhere and please any honest hair extensions companies post in comments thanks

So I ordered Virgin Brazilian hair with a closure.
I was so excited to have received my order but shocked to find that the hair quality was terrible. The hair itself was shredded all the way from the weft to the bottom. It looked like it was used and washed and sent to me.
The colour was not black but it had light brown streaks in the hair. So I contacted one of the Representatives Halina and I text her for a long time trying to get her to understand that the hair was damaged and not usable and I requested for a refund or exchange. She refused and told me no. She then came to say that I should wash the hair and it will look fine. Yes shocking , why tell me to wash the hair when I specifically told her the condition of the hair was bad and she just told me to was it. I paid a lot of money for the hair and refused to exchange or return.
Please do Not buy from them again.
They are a cheat and scam for your money.
I will never ever ever buy from them, they are full of disappointment.

I met this hair company at the Atlanta hair show last year , I decided to give them a try , big mistake .. I ordered some hair along with closures to be sold to my clients .. the hair was a horrible , first the hair did not take coloring good , if you wanted blonde color , this is not the hair , this hair only went to a no.4 color... I installed this hair in my clients head , it looked good when she left the shop , she returned 10 mins later the hair was like a rag mop , tangles every where ... I was so embarrassed. ... This hair is no good , I live in New York and people here like good quality hair .. Ted hair is no good , save yourself the embarrassment...

This seller never disappoints! Delivery was FAST got hair in 3 days literally, hair doesn't tangle or shed and it is TRULY VIRGIN UNPROCESSED hair. Keep up the quality and good service and you will never go out of business. I will definitely be ordering more hair.Wish you are my right supplier forever.
