Scam, not as describe! Don’t waste your time and money

Believe the bad reviews. Ordered two mosaics June 28. The original page said that the item would be shipped within 5 days. That’s part of what sold me on wanting to purchase from them. Also I looked at social media sites and reviews. It seemed okay. It took them two weeks to make. They only sent me photo proof of one item which concerned me bc I had purchased two items. When I contacted them, they assured me that both items were in the package. It took about 10 or so days to finally arrive once I had gotten a tracking number. And when it arrived, only the mosaic that had the photo proof was in there. Nothing else. I contacted them via email multiple times. Wrote on their social media and was blocked. Disappointed in the experience overall. The one that did arrive was lovely but customer service was poor and lack of contact is sketchy. Will have to contact my bank soon if they don’t respond back to me to resolve this issue. I am going out of town soon and this gift was for my brother’s pet that had passed away. Time was somewhat of the essence.

I just received my order today and I absolutely love it!!! This company is ligit. The packing of it was verry good to not get damaged in shipping. The quality and detail was amazing. Was way better then I expected it to be. Will def be ordering from them again and reccomending them to others. This is going to make a perfect anniversary gift. Thank you sooo much.

Did not apply changes that were sent and verified. Small than it advertised im pretty sure. Basically a 100 bathroom tile. Communication on email was impossible and help ticket went ignored

Ordered a mosaic of my dog on June 29th, It is July 23rd and still have not received it. I just keep getting a generic "in Progress" response. went to chat to discuss and am told they are prioritizing it and have flagged it but that is what they've said for a week now. Very frustrating and feel like I've been scammed

They have no humans to help. They take forever to actually send you what you needed. I ordered a book, based on my Princess Arwyn, and she now has passed. I wanted to read it to her, even though she probably would not understand. But she knew my voice. And now she is gone, and I cannot speak with anyone. Planning on getting my lawyer involved, since the are no humans at this company. I am not normally and angry person, but I am unbelievably missed over this.

This picture was not at all glass!!! And its barely 3 dimensional! Its like linoleum thst has been divider into segments and some of the paint(plastic) already has scratch marks and its peeling. This is a scam. I spent alot of money and I am very disappointed!!! Never buy from here

I wasn't satisfied with the final product; it's pretty, but it's not what I expected. In Tedooo's ad, they show how they create the image of the puppies using crystals and place them piece by piece in the frame. I had high hopes for this project, but all I received was a printed image with some raised details—there's no craftsmanship involved. Honestly, I didn't like it.

It's a nice product, but not worth the price I paid. I paid $83 for a plastic inlay pic that was about 5.5 inches squared. It was advertised as glass mosaic. It's definitely not as it looks in pics and video. Watch the sizes, because they are in CM, which I didn't notice when on the site. Not satisfied, but I am OK with it. I just feel way overcharged, from false advertising.
